Nothing that can be changed, but the the people living/staying upstairs moved about a lot and made a lot of noise moving furniture, we would hear this late at night and very early morning and throughout the day.

We had such a lovely time staying here. The room was very nice and had a great atmosphere - the LED lighting gave it a cozy, modern vibe. We were welcomed with snacks and drinks on arrival. The bed was super comfy, and we loved having a balcony to relax on in the evenings. The bathroom was a big highlight too - we had the choice between a bath or shower, with provided toiletries. The host was friendly and easy to contact whenever we needed anything, and the WiFi connection was strong throughout our stay. We were also left with leaflets with suggestions for things to do in the area - really helpful for exploring Palermo. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Would definitely stay again.

The first day was a little cold, but that’s fine — there was an air conditioner. The only thing I missed was a knife and a pan for cooking, but I understand this room is meant for tourists.

The room was really nice and clean, located just next to the main street of the old city. Everything was close by, and the big smart TV was a great bonus! The host was incredibly kind and made sure I felt like a queen during my stay. Highly recommended!

Our two suggestions to the owner is that he should consider putting dimmers on the lights and a darker tint on the glass wall in the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay at ARCUM suites. The room was exquisitely designed and we had complete privacy. We would definitely recommend this place for people who want to be just a few meters from the historical district yet away from the crowds. We stayed a week and never had a need for a car. If you want to tour Palermo or visit Modello beach, there are plenty of tour buses nearby too. There is a pool just next door to the property that is available to ARCUM Suites guests for an additional fee.

Original and fun room to stay. The room is also perfectly located in Palermo, so you can walk to the center and still sleep in peace as the flat is in a quiet street. Tony is also very nice and ensure that his guests have the best time.

Small warning - the shower is in the same room as the bed, so little option for privacy if needed!

The host was great, giving some excellent reccomendations on things to do and places to eat. The room is really cool and modern, and the location is perfect for access to some of the main attractions (Royal Palace, Catherdral, bars and restaurants along Via Vittorio Emanuele).

The first thing, the host! Very helpful and accommodating. The property itself was stunning! Perfect location. Just a 5 minute stroll to the Cathedral and also the Metro.

Really modern and clean with nice design features. Great air con kept the studio nice and cool. Great location, just turn right out of the door and right at the end of the street - head towards the flight of steps and you are in a lovely park, keep walking for 2/3mins and you arrive at the main pedestrianised street heading towards lots of bars and restaurants.

Perfect for couples. Absolutely incredible, extremely clean and the owner Antonio was so accommodating. He even checked in on my wife and I after our departure. One of the most pleasant experiences ever. Do not hesitate to book. You’re in the heart of Palermo and can walk to anywhere to eat delicious food or gelato. So many beautiful parks just a few feet away from this location.

The apartment itself is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice, very chic with a beautiful bathroom. Perfect for couples! It's located within 10 minutes of everything you could want and the host goes above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay. If I was to return I would not even consider looking for anywhere else

We didn't realise you have to pay to use the pool.

The room was beautiful and exactly how it looked in pictures - the lights in particular were very cool. The location was excellent and it was very close to the cathedral, as well as lots of restaurants and shops. Our host was very accommodating and his communication was excellent.

Depending your standards the neighborhood can feel a bit unsafe, especially at night time. My standard: if the locals let their children play outside it can’t be unsafe.

The swimming pool (daily pay €15) is a very secluded place located in a former monastery. The swimming water is heated.

The property is located within walking distance of the street bazaar and other historical sites. You can walk everywhere and not get bored. The unit itself has been redeveloped and all the amenities were jn perfect condition. The owner is fantastic, very gracious and very responsive. I highly recommend it.

Stunning ensuite room, very modern and stylish. Open plan bathroom with bathtub and large shower. Appartment is secure and has all the necessities and comforts. Location is perfect, however dont be surprised by the local vibe right on the doorstep, its in the heart of Palermo. Its an awesome spot that really allows you to immerse into the culture and ambiance of the city. Host was unbelievably awesome and helpful. We had a great stay and got to see that beauty and historical sights of the city. Highly recommend this ensuite accommodation.

We didn't find it an issue, but the toilet is visible from all parts of the room, so probably better suited to couples than friends travelling together. But decor is really cool!

Very conveniently positioned for walking into Palermo. The room was beautiful - great for a couple. Tony the host was extremely responsive on message and made the apartment easy to find and was happy to answer any questions we had. We used the facilities of the small pool at the next door hotel for an extra 15 euros which was a nice extra. Overall a lovely stay!
