Just a minor observation: We had a private bathroom, but it wasn’t en suite. It was located across from our bedroom, so we had to leave the room to use it.

Perfect location, parking garage two minutes walk. Room with plenty of space, comfortable and clean. We have enjoyed our trip.

Very spacious, bright room. The location close to the heart of Florence. The host was very, very helpful. Good coffee readily available along with cookies and special liquor. Very interesting artistic place. Breakfast was very good.

The location is close to the train station. We chose the junior suite, which requires walking up a number of stairs. Let me say, the view is absolutely worth every step. Stunning day and night. Windows around most of the room with room darkening curtains. It can get warm in the room from the sun, happily there is air conditioning and it works well. There is a fridge in the room to store groceries.

Nothing. It was perfect.

This might be one of the most spectacular places we have ever stayed. The views from our rooftop room gave us a 360° of this beautiful city. The room was lovely and well appointed. Our host, Anne Marie, was so sweet and helpful. We will never look further for a hotel in Florence.

Be ready for 52 steps of marble stairs. It’s an adventure!

The view from the top room is the absolute BEST!! The balcony is large and the entire room was clean and unique with 360° views. Private toilet and box shower in room were terrific. Anna Marie went above and beyond to help with recommendations and providing before bed treats. Centrally located near train and the best tours.

Location is very good. In 10-15 minutes of walk you are in the city center. The stuff is extremely kind and helpful. We got a lot of tips and tricks what to visit, where to eat.

Little not to like. One thing of note is that it is a lot of stairs to the jr suite room, but we knew this ahead of time so it was fine. The private room with amazing balcony is worth it.

I really appreciated the host letting me in and offering me a place to sleep but was very upset that there was no food. I felt over-tired , overwhelmed and very hungry in a strange city

Unfortunately my plane was redirected to Bologna, and I had to travel by bus to Firenze where I was lucky enough to share a taxi. Arrived at B&B after 1 am It was all the way up the stairs. No message left on door. I was extremely tired and not sure what to do. I kept ringing the bell and fortunately my host finally welcomed me inside. No time to shower or eat Check out time at 10. I had coffee and a biscuit and walked to the train station to catch a train to Assisi which stopped due to bad weather and we were all rescued and led down a steep hill. Then walked to highway to catch a bus to Perugia where I had to buy another train ticket to Assisi which stopped and then I was unable to see a taxi. A very suspicious young man called me a taxi there and this time I arrived before 11 pm at Hotel Sole

Just 15mins walk from the basilica and the train station. The room is well furnished. Anna and Silvia are really sweet and thoughtful. Very pleasant stay, part of our good memories in Florence.

I chose a room that did not have its own bathroom within...had to leave the room and use a bathroom in the hall. No worries, but it had no air-conditioning, and was hot and humid.

Best thing about Artemente Florence is its hostess, Anna Maria. She is kind, personable and helpful. Above and beyond what other hotels offer.

The host, Anna Maria, was very kind and gave great tips on tourist attractions and local places to eat. My room was clean and cozy, in a great location close to the sights, and the AC kept it cool even im the summer heat of over 30 degrees. I stayed in a street-view room, but with Anna Maria's permission, I checked out the balcony room. The view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!

We loved everything.

This incredible place is exceptionally situated. The distance from the train station is a 5 to 7-minute walk . Basilica di San Lorenzo is accessible within an 8-minute walk. The room is big, beautiful, and well equipped. The bathroom is spacious and features an excellent shower. Host Ana Maria possesses an exceptionally benevolent nature. She is a beautiful lady with a great smile. She ensured we felt welcomed from start to finish. I will certainly return.
