The property is in great condition, Alessandro and Julia were very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again! I was very impressed with the Location, location, location… Being our 3rd time in Rome, I would say this is by far the best area we have stayed, lots of great restaurants, bars, markets, shopping and tourist attractions within walking distance. Highly recommend!

The location was absolutely perfect right in front of the Vatican, which made it so easy to explore the area. Breakfast was simple and not many options but fresh and good. I would have loved to have more kinds cheese and at least one kind of bread. The best part was the staff. They were so kind and helpful, gave us clear directions before our arrival and made sure we found the place easily and safely.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just steps away from the Vatican, which made exploring the area so easy. The host was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was great – excellent coffee and tasty pastries. The host’s restaurant recommendations were spot on: delicious food at fair prices.

We loved everything. Amazing rooms, good location so close to the Vatican. It’s easy to reach by metro. Windows blocked eventual noise from outdoor and kept the room silent. The air conditioner was very good, also the shower with modern installations. The breakfast was great, with vegan options for myself. Edoardo is a very kind and helpful person with everything we needed. Perfect!

Our stay at this gem of a bed and breakfast in Rome was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the warm and attentive hosts who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They contacted me before my arrival to set up a meeting time. One of the owners is always on site in the morning to offer a delicious breakfast and to provide excellent local tips and personalized service, making our visit truly memorable. The rooms are clean and quiet. Ours had a stunning view of the Vatican that made every morning special. Their prime location between the Vatican and a subway station, allows easy access to major attractions while offering a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring the Eternal City. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone seeking a comfortable Roman experience with an incredible view and caring hosts.
