There is not a refrigerator in the room! We were ask to ckeck in not later that 11.00 and to leave the next day at 10.00!

The apartments are near the kitchen. If you like to sleep in the morning it is not possible in the period from 7.30 AM to 10.30AM it is so loud.

The beach is near. It was clean and comfortable.

Check-in is only from 10 to 11:30 and from 17 to 19, check-out before 10, which is not very good as if you arrive or leave at a different time you can't even leave your luggage there and you have to pay for a luggage storage somewhere else.

Our GPS didn’t take us to the good place and when we asked for help by sending the location all we got is an: you are really closed. Took us 20 minutes to find it. place a bit far from the station.

The room was nice, one of the staff was lovely, breakfast was normal for Italian breakfast! There was AC in the room and black out shutters.

They requested a cash payment claiming that their electronic payment equipment was out of order (for several days). This inconvenienced me as a guest, as I had to go out and find an ATM (neither bank transfers nor payments via booking.com were welcome as alternatives).

We stayed 2 nights. The room was ready when we arrived, the whole appartment and the room is very clean. Breakfast is good for who love sweat Italian breakfast (I know it is Italy), but they put an effort and put to the buffet every morning something salary (cheese, salami, butter) and the best thing of breakfast is orange juicer (you can make yourself orange or lemon juice). The B&B is near to the old town, a little bit far away from train station (about 15 min walk).

Horrible. First of all i have never received a room. The staff decided to give my room away and not reimburse. Awful staff. Awful place.

I couldn't like anything as they never checked me in. When asked for explanation the staff was extremely rude. They have given my room away and took my money. The staff shouted at me on the phone when asked for an explanation and refound. Don't go.

The AC did not work so good, when brought up with staff they were not helpful. The place is clean and well kept but the attitude of both staff members left a lot to be desired.

Very close to centre historico of Monopoli , the property and the room were very clean , comfortable bed , great breakfast ( salt and sweet food to choose ), a lot of free public parking spots available on the strets around the property . Very friendly and helpful staff . I would highly recommend !

Too small shower cabin. My room was exposed to a noisy street and only high pillows (better to have and lower ones).

The location is good, very close to nice beach and short distance to the historic centre. Kind personal and good communication.

Breakfast was a joke, there was barely anything. The staff always took the food out late, which was uncomfortable since we had plans for the days ahead. Staff was not friendly, even paying was not easy since they had issues without the boss. In the end we didn’t receive the bill, just a piece of paper stating we paid.
