The location and accommodations were perfect. Lorenzo was a great host and check in was easy. Our breakfast that included homemade cakes was delicious. Everything was flawless!

This place is immaculate. The common area as well as the room had no imperfections. Bed was excellent and extremely comfortable.. super clean. They provide new towels and bed was made every day, a rarity theses days . Breakfast was really nice, with a couple of home made bakery items each day, along with many other items. .There are a couple flights of steps to walk, but when you first arrive, before you take your first step, the manager takes control of your luggage , and he walks the luggage to your room. The steps are actually very easy with great railings. I am 70 and overweight, and had no problems. Best part is the Mother / Son management team . Both of them are exceptional, and make you feel really at home in their place. We really enjoyed the interaction with them. We travel alot, and this was the best stay I can remember in many many years. A quick word about logistics. If coming from Padua or Venice, Chioggia is easier to get to than you think.. Best bet is by bus, about a one hour ride. The bus is modern and clean It has overhead storage for luggage. . From Venice you start at plaza Roma, bus #80. From Padua, you start at the central bus station, next to the train station. In Chioggia, Best stop coming and going, is the Via Naccari stop. It is then about a easy ten minute walk to the B & b. Very nice and comfortable room in a small bed and breakfast in the old town of Chioggia not far away from the port. Breakfast are sufficient and home made cakes delicious.

Couldn't have asked for a better location or a better welcome. Super comfortable and very clean. Bonus was it was an easy 15 minute walk to the cruise port. The home made cakes in the morning were pretty special too!

Lorenzo help us to locate his home. It is on three floors, one of which has holiday accommodations. He also allowed us to leave our luggage with him before we could check in, which we were eventually able to early. Additionally, he had already carried all of our luggage up to our spacious and comfortable rooms.

Nice B&B, with very friendly and helpful stuff. Location is also excelent - right in the city center. A big parking lot (Park Unione) is just 12m far, so there is no problem if you come with car.

This lovely B&B is ideally situated in the historic centre of Chioggia within an easy walk of restaurants and shops. The accommodation is of a high standard and beautifully furnished. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and some delicious home-made cakes. Highly recommended.

The only thing to complain about was the weather, but this is not about the place:).

Small cozy family hotel in a wonderful, very authentic town. Spacious room with everything you need, very clean and comfortable. Breathtaking view from the windows onto the central place. Tasty breakfast. Very friendly and caring owners who made us feel at home. Special thanks to Lorenzo, who always helped us with the recommendations. Highly recommend the place and the hotel! It would be great to come back here again.

We loved everything about our stay at the B&B. The room was lovely, the breakfast was amazing, all home cooked and Lorenzo could not have been more helpful. He provided us with food recommendations helped us with details of the bus to Venice and even stored our luggage for a few hours on the last day. I would highly recommend the B&B 5*
