Very nice property! Good location. Host was very nice and welcoming.

This property is immaculate and had everything we needed. It is well located for the Bernina Express and the host is wonderful.

Every need was beautifully catered for. Simona was a gracious host and went beyond the call of duty. A home away from home in every way.

The location was perfect. It was right next to the Tirano and Bernina train station with multiple choices of places to eat right next door. Simona was excellent at explaining everything about the apartment and local shopping.

Great location near train station. Lovely welcome from Simona when we arrived (with flexible check-in). Great apartment-really clean, good size. Able to leave luggage until our train was leaving on day of departure. Water and breakfast snacks provided.

Not anything to do with Simona, but quite noisy during the night with a barking dog opposite, and noisy early morning traffic.

Location perfect. Such a warm and friendly welcome! An outstanding apartment, and a great breakfast option, including plenty of bottled water.

We could have stayed longer

Our host, Simona and Corrado were awesome. They met us at our arrival, helped us to park, went through the apartment with us and gave us recommendations on where to go and where to eat. The apartment is beautiful, well done, like new, and literally about one block from the train station for the Bernina Express. We will stay longer next time!

Wonderful location, beautifully and artistically decorated spacious apartment. Greatly exceeded our expectations Thoughtfully furnished and designed for visitors. Very pleasant host that was helpful when needed. Great to stay longer but we had only one night.

Home away from home with the extra fine decor and amenities. More than clean and very safe. Best place in Italy so far for us.

Amazing apartment, next to station. Beautiful old town to visit and the train journey. Simone even left Sie breakfast things out and plenty of coffee or tea in apartment, great bonus.

We loved the warm welcome. They were waiting to let us in the apartment. It’s a very stylish & minimal decorated flat which had everything to make our stay lovely. Kitchen was well equipped. They kept every small need in mind for the guests

The air conditioner was bit noisy . We went on a sunny day so had to use it . Otherwise stay was lovely

Very nice and well appointed apartment just a 2-3 minute walk to the train stations. Simona is a great host, and was very helpful and informative. Definitely one of the best and cleanest apartment we have stayed in this 10-stops 7-countries trip of ours.

Simona was a great host and easy to get a hold of. Safe area, several places for dinner in a very nice town, very close to the Bernina Express train station.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. So spacious, modern and well equipped. The attention to detail is amazing. A 2 minute walk to the Bernina Express. Simona (host) was very welcoming, prompt with replying. We wished we could stay longer. Can definitely recommend this apartment

Great location very close to the train station. Simona was an excellent host very helpful. Wonderful clean apartment with all the facilities we could need.

Only thing I can think of is that the bed was slightly hard but if you prefer a firm mattress you’ll be fine.

Everything about this place is great. The owner is fantastic. Very quick and easy to communicate with. Met us at the door when we arrived. All the facilities are perfect. Very new, clean, modern, functional. Wish it was my apartment for real. You can't go wrong with this place.

Nothing. The only thing I found missing was a box of Kleenex. But the toilet paper is very high quality so it sufficed :-).

We had a wonderful stay! Simona was an exceptional host — communication was quick, clear, and very helpful from the beginning. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the possibility to park on the secure, gated property. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the Bernina Express station, which made our travel plans so convenient. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. What truly made the experience exceptional was Simona’s hospitality. She was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to arrange an early check-in, which made my arrival so much easier. Her warm welcome and prompt communication made me feel right at home.
