Our stay was absolutely perfect! The host was super friendly, always helpful, and gave us great tips about restaurants and places to visit. The room was very clean, with bottled water refilled every day and a modern TV for relaxing in the evenings. The location is excellent – very close to all the main attractions in the city, so everything is within walking distance. Breakfasts in a beautiful nearby restaurant were delicious, and the lovely cleaning lady made sure the room was always spotless. Overall, a wonderful stay – definitely a well-deserved 10/10!

Giovanni was absolutely wonderful! The bed and breakfast was located perfectly to where I wanted to be. It is clean, well appointed and spacious. Giovanni's attention to details,answering questions and being available whenever I needed him was top customer service. He is a kind,good man and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of with any concerns. I visit Calabria quit a bit,this is the 1st time in this B and B and I will never stay anywhere else when I come back. I feel like I gained a new friend. Well done, Giovanni!!! See you again soon!

Great location with it being handy to the historic strip of town and beachfront. Giovanni was an exceptional host, collected us from the train station, provided many activity suggestions and was always checking in.

Giovanni was an incredible host from the moment we got off the bus. He greeted us warmly and even carried our luggage to the room. He was extremely attentive, always responding quickly and sending us helpful recommendations for restaurants, train timetables, and beaches via WhatsApp. The room was spotless and exceeded our expectations. It came with air-conditioning, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather — we loved coming back to a cool, fresh space each day. I would absolutely recommend Art BnB — 10/10! The B/B was so close to everything- cathedral, museums, sea walk, shopping, restaurants. The room was large and comfortable with water boiler for coffee/tea. A coffee bar is right next door.

We just stayed for a quick late night sleepover between the airport and the Ferry. We were greeted at the door, bags carried, settled in very quickly. It was a lovely and clean room with a great location.

The host provided us with tickets at a very nice restaurant which was a short walk from accommodations. The host,Giovanni was an exceptional host. He was always available by text if not on the premises to answer any questions you might have regarding sightseeing ,transportation,etc. The room we had was very large, there was a refrigerator and coffee maker also in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Location of property was very conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, museums.etc.

Everything was fine

Beautiful rooms in the city center and Giovanni made our stay extra special and was super helpful with everything. He even managed to help with a valentine's day surprise. We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect. Giovanni is a very helpful and nice host that really wants their guests to be happy. The place is clean and modern, located close to everything. Breakfast is typically Italian: a coffee and croissant at a nearby awesome cafe. Beds are comfortable, water hot, tasty coffee included. What can we have more? :)

Coffee available in the hallway for free is a HUGE win, the spacious rooms and Giovanni the host himself! He’s been very present and of help, more than anyone else we’ve met in such accomodation before; helping us with transport, luggages, restaurant recommandations, etc. It was almost as if we were hosted by someone we already knew. A lovely experience!

Our accommodation was wonderful! Our host was very hospitable, showed us nearby places to eat, and even got us a discount. The location was very central and close to the sea. Our room was dedicated to Michelangelo with pictures of the David statue. Additionally, there was an art book about Michelangelo. We were really happy to have found a hotel with an artistic touch. Such big rooms and really comfortable. The host was extremely nice!
