The property perfectly located and well equipped! Valentina is responsive, kind, and attentive to details. She cared for us and provided us with everything we needed and more.

The best part was the balcony view, for sure! It's even more beautiful in person. The room was clean and equipped with everything you need: food for breakfast, coffee, snacks, fruit, milk, water and so on! Every little detail in the room is attentively put and thought out. The shower is really nice and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and even gave lots of tips of where to go and what to see.

I had a wonderful stay at Carpe Diem! The B&B was very clean and well-kept. The view from the property was absolutely beautiful — a highlight of staying in Castel Gandolfo. Breakfast was abundant, with lots of pastries, coffee, and drinks to choose from, which made for a perfect start to the day. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a charming and comfortable stay with stunning views!

Beautiful location with balcony views across the lake. I booked late and Valentina was so accommodating, offering a self check-in which was easy. The attention to detail, well appointed kitchen, breakfast, wine and treats provided exceeded expectations. The location is in the heart of the old town, literally 30 seconds from restaurants and 2 minutes to the Pope's summer residence. The bed was super comfy and the place was spotlessly clean and very roomy. Parking options are nearby and I even managed to find a free option. I highly recommend staying at B&B Carpe Diem Vista Lago!

Valentina our host was amazing. We were made to feel at home immediately. Every thing we could possibly need in both the kitchen & bathroom was there. Fantastic selection of breakfast & biscuits goodies was available. This property has a gorgeous balcony looking out over the lake which is drenched in sun for breakfast, & a great place to watch the world go by. Our every need was met by Valentina who was so helpful from the time we arrived till when we left, even dropping us off to the train station in her car. Amazing

Our stay at the Carpe Diem accommodation was very good. Carpe Diem is a separate flat with full facilities and an individual entrance. The location is almost ideal - right in the centre of Castel Gandolfo. From this location it is close to all places of interest. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Access by car is not very problematic and during our stay there was no problem with parking (public parking for about 4 eur per day). In terms of cleanliness and facilities everything was excellent. The contact with the host was very nice and quick.

The apartment was tastefully decorated, and the view of the lake was amazing. The attention to detail was phenomenal. Valentina, the host, was responsive and ensured everything was in order. The bed was comfortable, and we slept very well. Overall, we had a great time in Castel Gandolfo.
