I suggest maybe facilities to make coffee or tea during the day would be nice.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay so much! Amelia and her family were super friendly hosts who made sure we had the best time - they even took care of my bf when he was ill!! My favorite parts were the delicious breakfast spreads every morning, the free access to bikes, and having super close access for swimming in the lake! We will 100% be back :)

Nothing, everything was lovely

We were staying here during a sailing event, the location was ideal for the sailing club and access to Malcesine. The location is ideal very close to the beaches and lake for swimming. The garden area is lovely with sun loungers available next to the olive trees, overlooking the lake, which is stunning. The host was so helpful, speaking excellent English and made the effort to remember all our names from day 1! The breakfast was varied and excellent.

A family-run establishment for generations, with incredibly friendly and warm service. Amelia gave us excellent tips for day trips, which were a great success. Everywhere was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was generous and, crucially, superb. Among other things, the delicious tomatoes came straight from our own garden. – Thank you!

Exceptional personal service and fabulous breakfast buffet options. A quiet, beautiful setting with garden loungers to enjoy the magnificent lake views. Used public transport and bicycle to visit Malcesine, Navine, Monte Baldo and Limone. Thank you Amelia and family for a wonderful short stay.

Everything was perfect!

This is an exceptional property! The room and grounds are beautifully maintained with attention to every detail.The host Amelia is gracious and kind. Excellent recommendations were given for dining. The breakfast experience was generous and delicious. The views of the garden and lake are magnificent. Highly highly recommend. Hope to return someday!

If You see this place available do not look anywhere else, simply book it! We were delighted with both the quiet location and the amenities provided, breakfast consisting of local product was delicious and Kelly is a fantastic host! There is a beautifoul garden and a place to park your car! Nearby restaurants have a variety of choices from Italian or a bit more hardcore meat-only places. A nearby surf beach bar is great for the sunsets, and a nearby market if you need any basic products has it all in. We would love to go back there!

Absolutely amazing stay! Our host Amelia was just lovely, very helpful at all time and attentive to our needs. The varied breakfast, served on a terrace with a view on lake Garda, was outstanding (fabulous homemade pastries!). The room was very clean and cosy with all amenities. I really highly recommend this beautiful place!

This was our second time at this b&b. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and you can take bicycles to the city center. There’s a lovely garden and nice view to the lake. You can walk down to the lake and spend a day in the beach. Breakfast includes fresh fruits, vegetables, coffee, sweet things - everything you need to start your day.

Location is perfect for access to the whole of Garda lake. Staff are super friendly and attentive at all times of day regardless the query. Bikes free to use for guests. Nothing was ever too much!

A small fridge in the room would be very useful;)

We loved our stay at B&B Casa Benamati by Kelly! The city (Malcesine) and the place itself were a perfect choice:) The room was not big, but cozy and super clean and a breakfast tasty (oh my! The grano saraceno cake...!!:). Our host Amelia was kind, cordial, friendly and patiently answered all my questions (and I had a lot of them!;). The only bad thing was that our stay was too short...;D

This B&B is excellent- the pictures don’t do it justice! The room was spotless and modern and the breakfast was incredible- so much variety and so fresh! Amelia was so welcoming and helpful! Simply a great place to stay! We rented e-bikes for some longer rides but the B&B has a whole fleet of very nice bikes for guests to use!

The air conditioning could have been cooler, but maybe the systems are different than what we are accustomed to in the US.

Breakfast was better than any we had at other locations on our vacation in Italy. Great pastries and fresh items.

My husband thought the bed was the most comfortable, other than home. He had such restful sleep. The rooms are impeccably clean, as cleanliness is of #1 importance to the hosts. Breakfasts were special, Amelia greeted us with care each morning and the selection of foods was more than adequate and quite tasty. She got to know our culinary desires quickly and coffee was at the ready each day after. We received curated suggestions for dinner and each one did not disappoint. We would stay here again without hesitation. The last night we had the pleasure of speaking with longtime owners Kelly and her husband. Even though there was a slight language barrier, we persevered and had a lovely conversation, getting to understand how they met and fell in love 41 years ago.
