Location. There are 2 railway stations that let you reach Rome. One is more than 45 minutes by foot, and I didn't see the bus. Another one - 11 minutes by foot, but the trains are too rare, 1 in every 2-3 hours. Of course, if you came by car, this problem didn't exist.

The size of the room I booked was surprising, with a large bed and a big bathroom. There were everything I needed in the room, including hairdryer and shampoo.

Good location, quiet place. If you want to get to Rome there’s a train station at 10 mins by walking. (The last train to come back close to 21:30) Good restaurants and a Supermarket nearby, only 2 or 3 minutos by walking. Thank you Marco and the Staff, it’s was a very good time in your place!

All was OK for me in the end, but you better know: - no sound insulation (I heared a person talking on a phone at midnight in a neighbouring room quite loudly, luckilly not for long :); - even more noise from coffee wending machine in the kitchen (which has no door to a hallway), which is "legal" from as earky as 6:00 - no kettle to make a tea, just that coffee wending machine whose "lemon tea" I did not dare to try (cups are extremely small anyway, but Lungo coffee was quite OK) - last train from Roma Termini is at 21:21 (there is one more to Ciampino as "a back up", but a walk from there is some 30-40 mins, I guess). - once a train to Rome had some issue, and delay was about one hour, so you better be precautious if pre-paing for an early time ticket for sightseeing. All was super for me, also as I prefer a "live like a local experience" to being with tourists (especially in 2025 due to "Vatican Jubilee" that makes Roma overcrowded and therefore hotels more expensive than usual, etc.). I liked everything about my stay, even the improvisation of taking a bus from Ciampino to Anangina metro station when "kicked off from a train", as it was a real "live like a local experience". So I totally recommend to solo backpackers seeking budget accommodation, but some people without their own car should better be carefull and prefer to pay a lot more to get what they need...

I liked the most: - fluent commucitation in English during all "phases" (chat, SMS from airport, in person); - comfort (own shower and WC, exceptional cleanliness, size of room, size of bed, etc., even change of towels and room cleaning after 2nd night despite that it was Sunday). Marco really cares for guests satisfaction as much as he can, which I found exceptional at this price level. I managed to walk there from the airport in about 50 mins - a section through Via Appia was an excellent surprise and a joy :), but afterwards there was a long section via road for cars, which is OK only for experienced backpackers I guess.

The person that accomodates us, Marco, was very friendly and helped us whenever we needed. What made me really appreciate him was the umbrella he gave us when we left just because it was raining and we needed it. It was his intention and he let us keep it, so that was awesome!

The only thing that I wish could be improved the the position of the aircon. It was poorly positioned, hence it was blowing cold air below the windowsill. Therefore, the room was still humid after a while. Opening the windows helped circulate air better.

It was very close to local amenities such as supermarkets, bars, snack bars etc.

Coffee machine makes a lot of noise, which can wake you up.

Very good place for a night before or after a flight. Comfortable beds and pillows, clean bathroom, kitchen with self-service, simple breakfast. The machine for coffee is an interesting solution and serves really good coffee actually.

We went to bed around 9 P.M, because of our early flight and the sounds from the kitchen were quite loud. Luckily we were very tired and fell asleep fast.

Great and cheap place to stay near the airport when you have an early/late flight. Bed was nice and soft, room was clean and simple. The owner met with us, asked if we needed help with something. There was also a tiny kitchen in the lobby, where you can warm your food. There's also some biscuits/cakes and free coffee vending machine.

Ideal if you have to travel from Ciampino airport. It was difficult to get from Ciampino station to the place by public transport, there is very little service, the service is every hour or even more. If you go by car you will not have problems. The room is very spacious and the bathroom very large, everything very clean. The people who attended us were very kind and we were lucky that they took us to the airport. Thank you very much!

Marco, the host is very professional and knows how to pamper his guests. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes away to Rome Termini by train which is just a 10 minute walk from the structure. The ticket is just €1,50. Pizzerias and tavernas are just around the corner and the location is super quiet during the night.
