Great location!!! Perfect room and great B&B! Mrs Lupe was so helpful and definitely recommend staying here

Breakfast was very poor. Very little selection.

The woman who runs the place gets up in the morning and talks on the phone very loudly in the kitchen, which is right outside the bedroom I was in. She also smokes, which enters the bedroom.

Comfortable, very clean, excellent breakfast, wonderful ‘breakfast’ room for our use all day, inestimable service and kindness from Lupe. Lupe was a Godsend! She is a lovely, warm woman who took care of our every need. She bought breakfast items based on our allergy needs and food preferences, helped with restaurant suggestions and directions, assisted with luggage and with my husband’s walker, and did so much that was not required of her job. The owners are very fortunate to have her, and we were blessed to meet her and spend six nights at Palazzo Arancini. Restaurant was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

Rooms a bit small, and elevator small, but it is in a city in Europe, so that is to be expected. Parking was somewhat far away, and the cost was almost twice that quoted by Booking.com. Wish we had been closer to the port, but that is my fault, not the fault of Palazzo Arancini.

Lupe made a stay. She was so obliging nothing was a problem for her

Since we got there, Lupe helped us with everything: parking spot adapted for my car, tips for going to different beaches not just the tourist's ones and she also recommended nice places to eat. Every morning she was smiling and ready to offer us breakfast. There is not a lot of choice but enough for a good start of the day. The room was clean, with good WiFi , and a TV that I never used. The AC was strong and cooled the room in a few minutes.

The location is perfect! It’s a 5min walk to the centre, very nice! The staff was friendly aswell.

We didn’t have much space to hang up our clothes. The wardrobe only opened halfway because the bed and nightstand were against it. That's why we had to keep all our clothes in our suitcases, making it all very cramped. Furthermore, our shower was a bit broken.

First of all the location is very good, walking distance to the centre of Sorrento. Restaurants, bus stops, train station, Hospital etc minutes away. The room was cleaned everyday with new towels etc. But best of all was Lupe she greeted us and made us feel welcome and went out of her way to help us and make our holiday easier. Thank you Lupe will never forget you ❤️

LOVED this place! Room was comfy, we felt very at home. The breakfast was divine and we always had options. Room was always clean, we had comfy bed and pillows, walkable everywhere, super easy to check in. I could go on and on but this place was just perfect for our stay! We didn’t find it loud, it was just across the road to all the restaurants and shops, we had everything we needed here

Central location and close to all attractions and transport. Mrs Lupe (manager) was lovely. Breakfast is a simple breakfast but get in early as there isn’t often a wide variety if you come towards finishing time.

Bed is quite firm. Difficult to work out access initially but once in was easy to access.

Lack of cleanliness, bed was not comfortable, water pressure was poor, AC did not work
