Good location and very helpful staff. The property is a bit older, but it’s well-maintained and very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent – they were always quick to respond and very accommodating. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Location. The self-service breakfast was good. There was a variety of different options, including cheese, meats, biscuits, teas and coffee. The hostess was friendly, polite, and responsive.

It was dark in the room. Perhaps brighter bulbs, or some lamps would help.

Clean. Good facilities. Location to the lake and train station. Owner was very helpful and attentive, especially over breakfast arrangements.

Noisy location. Dark interior due to difficulty in opening windows/shutters due to location on the street. Difficulty in parking a car nearby.

Delightful hostess. Friendly and obliging. Lovely little touches - for example: juice and wine in the fridge, a selection of items for our breakfasts and nibbles. Good coffee pods. Good value for the cost. It had everything we needed. An easy walk to the railway station and down to the lakeshore

We were perfectly happy during our 3 night stay - although if you are a light sleeper, traffic and pedestrian noise may disturb you. A little dated but that did not detract from its charm. We would stay there again.

The location is quite central, not far from railway station. We spent one night there.

The location is next to a car road, so for a longer stay maybe not ideal.

The place was amazing for the price paid, very clean, with lots of facilities and the location was very close to the center.

Wonderful place.. i recommend for anyone. The room was very well cleaned and you have everything there a person need at home. From kitchen to washroom everythng was satisfied.. and specially the lady elizabetta was kind and helpful women. I will come again for sure. ❤️

Great location and very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Host nice and helpful, excellent communication.

Breakfast is super good. Lots of food in the flat, fresh nice cookies, milk, corn flackes, yougurt and clear check in instructions. We also liked the house is antique and everzthing is organised in old style and home-like. Heating system is very loud in the night, some pump system is really loud. The owner is very friendly. I alos liked decoration.

I dont like that the house is badly isolated witht he street, small bed, is 1,5 size, but not double size, we needed to sleep leg to head to fit inside, though we are not fat. Window was not isolated well, so pretty loud from the street in the morning. Reinnovation and general flat cleaning is missing.

NOISE FROM THE STREET, the windows are right on the street and it looks completely hollow, no soundproofing, even earplugs didn't help much. The bed was too small, my husband is 187 cm tall and his legs were hanging outside the bed. Also, the bed is narrow and tends to roll in the middle, a very uncomfortable night.

The breakfast was already there when we arrived at night and it was with varieties of options. There were good cooking facility and the AC was working which was lifesaver in such weather.

It was 18 min walk from station, with the bags it was hard to walk. It was basically a studio, was bit congested for 2 beds. Beds were not very comfortable.

The room was big, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was super.

Quick check in to the apartment according to good instructions. Good parking place nearby. A versatile selection of breakfast items. Everything you need is there. Good location and affordable.

The host is really nice and understanding. The room was good with the air conditioner. Breakfast was really full had this also for lunch. Everything was clean and comfortable😊
