Wifi signal from back facing room was very weak. Location was close to cruise ports and not much else. But easy and quick to hop on the metro to the city center/touristy areas.

Owner was so friendly and spoke fluent english. Access to 2 fully equipped bathrooms. Room was spacious with a TV. Breakfast was on my schedule and had yogurt, pastries, coffee, juice, etc. The owner gave me recommendations for beach visits in the area.

Loveliest owners who really care about the place and the city. The location was great, with a short walk to the main tourist parts of town but also extremely close to the bus and train stations and right across from the port. Extremely clean and well maintained and breakfast was plentiful. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Genoa.

Had to wait a long time for hot water in the shower. There were several hosts in the apartment building, and there didn't read the name of the accommodation on the doors or which floor is it. It's not a big problem, but it would be nice for the customer to know immediately which floor they are going to. Earplugs are necessary, there is a lot of traffic in front of the house and of course, you may hear sounds from other rooms if you are sensitive to noise.

I was able to have breakfast even though I left the accommodation early. The hostess was efficient and friendly. It was nice to have check in from 11am. 😊

We couldn't access the WiFi and the electrical outlets were nowhere near my side of the room.

The host(ess) was super friendly. The place was very clean. Although we needed to leave before the "official" breakfast time, there was an option to have breakfst early.

Lovely accommodation. The hostess Fulvia is very attentive, responsive and kind. Convenient location, just 15 minutes walk from the station in Piazza Principe and also 15 minutes to Porto Antico. Everything is very clean and nice interior details make this place very cozy. Thank you very much for your hospitality and warmth.

There weren't many restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel. You had to walk or take a bus or subway There were a few markets on the block, but with limited take-out options.

The owner, Fulvia, is wonderful, a warm and welcoming presence to her guests. She was easily available to answer questions and address my needs. This is a real B&B, without the "Air." Breakfast was nicely set out every day. All of the entry keys worked well.

It is close to central bus station and it was very important for me, the city itself is not too big and the location is great to reach any place of town. The host was perfect. room was big and bathroom was also very clean and comfortable.

Schwartz Coffee for breakfast in Italy was disappointing.

The lady running the place is very nice, very welcoming. However we booked the place to be near the cruise terminal and came late at night only to sleep. In the morning we saw the views from the shared balcony… it did not disappoint - we could see our ship right in front.

There is no air conditioning but there is a fan. There is no elevator but a very nice lady helped with luggage. WiFi interruption.

The hostess is very very kind. The lady speaks English. The included breakfast is a plus. There is a washing machine and a fridge available in the common areas. You can reach the beach in Arenzano by car.
