We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

RomaniaThe only thing stopped me to give a perfect 10 is that we were here in a very hot period of the year. I know it's not the owners fault and is not much they can do about it. I could see nobody has AC on this old buildings. Still it is fair to mention the heat is unbearable on the last floor. I would recommend at least a ventilator , like I saw in other room. We asked for but they didn't have any for us.
Well located, in the pedestrian center Super clean. They cleaned every day. Nice staff. Very responsive . I would come back again, just not in July or August

United Kingdom- Nobody was there when I arrived and I was not given any instructions about how to get into the building - The breakfast could only be coffee and a croissant. I ordered a hot chocolate once and I had to pay. And it was somewhere else - Although towels etc are changed every 3 days and it's okay, I would expect some daily cleaning, which did not happen - Very noisy outside and it was hot if you did not leave the window open
- The room is quite spacious - The bed is really comfortable - The breakfast was okay - Nice decoration - There is a coffee machine

GermanyWater in shower was not constatly hot. Breakfast is a voucher for an Italian beakfast, i.e., you get exactly one coffee and exactly one pastry in a bar nearby.
B&B in nice old but renovated building in old town, very central location. Very large bathroom. Single bed was surprisingly comfortable.

ItalyThe description says "Breakfast included". This is not precise, since you are expected to go to a bar nearby and choose only between caffé or cappuccino, and one sweet. I asked for gluten free options, and they said there were many. Well, not really, only one. We asked to have tea instead of coffee, and they made us pay extra for it. Worst of all, I did write to the person I was in contact with complaining about breakfast, and she never replied. Customer care is 0. You might not have the best place to rent but try to be nice with your clients, whereas I ve been ignored. The day after my complaint, they did not even clean our bedroom. The room is spacious and well-furnished, but who cares if they treat you like that? I've been going to many bnb in L'Aquila and for €80 per night, you can definitely find better places!
The location is good, which is the main reason why I chose the place.

it was really well equipment, professional managment, we usually don’t see anybody but everyday they were cleaning our rooms, changing towels,rubish. it was so tidy and clean. Also the location was perfect to reach all around the old town
