We loved the location of this property, so close to all museums we wanted to visit. The room was clean. The host, Valeria, has been exceptional, went above and beyond to assist us. We highly recommend this property.

The neighbourhood is quite loud at night. It seems the street gets cleaned and glas trash collected at night. It is the trade-off for being in the city centre and worth it in my eyes.

It was a great experience. Location was ideal, the roam beautiful with a comfortable bed. Valeria was very accommodating and helpful. Everything was very clean. Thank you!

The only negative is the noise level at night due to a bar in the adjoining building. I do not think the property can control that and maybe that is expected in such a central location. Maybe they can add some insulation to the windows to keep the noise out.

Everything about the property itself was excellent. Spacious, clean, well maintained. Valeria was n touch and checked on us multiple times. Location is perfect! we walked everywhere in Florence.

We were so glad we booked this apartment for our stay in Florence. All the sights are a 10-minute walk away, and there's a central market nearby where you can buy the freshest food. There's a grocery store and a great trattoria right next to the apartment. A special thank you to Valeria for the warm welcome and her tips on great places to eat. The room is very clean and is cleaned daily. The interior adds to the ambiance of your stay in this beautiful city. I highly recommend staying here; after long walks around the city, you can always quickly find yourself in a comfortable bed and relax.

The location was great and Valeria was so kind as we arrived by train late after the check in hours, but Valeria waited for us and made us feel very welcome. We felt very safe walking around the area at night.

It’s in a very central location, so naturally the surroundings are busy and crowded.

It’s in a very central location—almost everywhere was just 6 minutes away :) We stayed in a suite room as two friends, and even the extra bed was very comfortable. The room, bathroom, and beds were all very clean. We really loved our room. Valeria was very helpful and hospitable.We felt like we were living in one of the beautiful homes of Florence.

The only thing I can think of is sometimes you could hear the garbage truck in the morning. But it wasn't too bad.

Very clean and super central place. All the main tourist spots are in walking distance. The owner (Valeria) helped us with the fastest method to get to the city centre from the airport.

This location can very noisy especially on weekend nights, but the sheer convenience of the location and the exceptional service provided more than made up for this inconvenience.

Ideal location in the heart of Florence. It was mind-blowing to see the impressive Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore right around the corner. It was an easy walk to the Uffizi and Accademia galleries. Valeria met us at the entrance and provided us with a warm and friendly welcome. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the convenience of an elevator.

the only downside of the B&B is that it is a bit noisy from the people on the road. But the central location and the nice welcoming atmosphere is making this over

the location of the property is amazing. It is right next to the Duomo and in walking distance to all tourist sites. The B&B is hyper well organized and you have all you need and its done really nice with an eye to details. There was also water, some small snacks, coffee/tea in the room to use for free. Valeria from the B&B is so welcoming and does go beyond of what you would expect. My mum and I felt really very well taken care off. Definitely a recommendation for the B&B

This was a surprise break for my partners birthday! We were both blown away by the room and location! I would definitely book again. Location was central to everything we needed and wanted to visit. I’m a light sleeper and slept the best in years! Communication throughout the booking and stay was excellent and helped me organise a bottle of bubbles for our arrival. Room decoration was beautifully traditional and very spacious! Bathroom had everything we needed and shower pressure was great!

The location was perfect! Walked everywhere and lots of lovely restaurants/cafes and wine bars close by. The roon was very clean and was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Complimentary toiletries and hairdryer made it.easy to travel with just a backpack for a weekend. Valeria was lovely and helped me arrange a surprise gift in advance for my husband to celebrate our anniversary.
