How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Lovely apartment only a 5 -10 minute walk from the centre of Sorrento. So clean and up together, and the service from the host was excellent. They cleaned our apartment everyday and couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Sorrento. The breakfast at the cafe was lovely too only 1 minute away from the apartment. There’s not a single bad thing I could say about this place.

The location was great, short walk to the train station and also short walk into town, port , and beach area. The property was clean and quiet. Easy access to everything you need. Host was very responsive and welcoming!

Great property, only issue was there wasn’t an iron and that was just a person issue more than anything
Nice location, extremely nice, friendly and helpful staff. Refilled our drinks and snacks twice. Left us a little souvenir. Staff always very responsive getting back to messages. The check in process was very smooth.

There was nothing that I did not like about the property. It was all perfect.
The convenience of the location just a walk away from the town centre aswell as how clean and spacious the rooms are.

Really good location, close to the main square and also the train station. 15 minute walk to the beach clubs. The room was cleaned everyday and new towels and beach towels were offered, which was handy. Rita was lovely to deal with and was really easy to contact with any questions. It was also our anniversary and decorated the room which was lovely.

Breakfast consists only of a croissant and a coffee at a nearby café-bar. The croissants were delicious, but I would have preferred a bit more variety.
Everything was perfect! The room was very comfortable and fully renovated. Rita, the host, was extremely helpful throughout our stay and assisted us with anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing vacation in beautiful Sorrento!

The breakfast is at a bar nearby, but only consists of one croissant and one coffee or tea.
The room is very new and clean. It is near the train station, so very convenient if you are traveling by train. The host and all her family are very friendly.

Friendly and hospitable host. I was contacted before arrival and the host helped us with our luggage, we got free welcome drinks and snacks too. Convenient location several minutes walk from the train station and main street, clean and spacious room with everything needed. Host responded promptly via whatsapp for any questions. Enjoyable stay :)

Everything was great.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean. The host was very friendly with lots of helpful tips on directions and places to eat. The area was quiet at night (except when Naples futbol won a big game) but a short walk to everything in the very charming town. Her father had an inlaid wood craft shop, which I visited to purchase some items. The whole family are very friendly.

Clean , comfortable and the Rita the host went out of her way to make sure our stay was amazing. Prosecco on arrival, and when rain was forecast she left us 2 poncho’s in the room . The attention to detail is amazing. I highly recommend this B& B to anyone going to Sorrento. It’s close to the centre of town and cafes , train station etc .

Best property in sorrento. The property is too big and has bigger balcony than any 5 star hotels. It is very clean and rhe staff is very kind. So if you are going to stay in sorrento do not ever think. Go and book this hotel

The bed was slightly hard and the walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors.
We absolutely loved our stay! Rita was incredibly helpful and responsive the entire stay. The bathroom was incredible and super clean, and the room was just like the photos. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the room came with nice amenities. The location was perfect from the train station and the central square.

It would be hard to be critical. Perhaps a couple of drinking glasses and a bottle opener would be a nice addition for guests.
Modern and clean room, with all of the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Easy walking distance to the centre of Sorrento. Very secure.

Yum breakfast down the road from BNB was a perfect way to start the morning with a coffee and crossiant. Location really close to Main Street Sorrento. Easy walk in!

Minor thing was the TV - the TV in the other guest room was synched to ours so when they changed channel on their TV it would change the channel on ours. BUT was great having a smart TV with all the channels - Disney+, Netflix, Prime
Loved the location and how close you were to the centre of Sorrento. Also very clean and cute little balcony.

Such a beautiful, comfortable, and spotless room! The people were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the stay even more special. It’s in a perfect location and offers great value for the price. Definitely my go-to place whenever I visit Italy — can’t recommend it enough!
