There wasn’t much I could do during my stay. I had planned to go to the beach, but when I tried walking there, my legs were so tired I could barely walk properly. So instead, I ended up going to the nearest supermarket halfway through.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I only stayed for a quick sleepover, as I was exhausted from other trips. However, the room was clean, smelled great, and was very comfortable — it really helped me relax.

Sorry to say but the bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were clean but a bit worn and itchy. The pillows were also uncomfortable. For one night it was alright though. Property would be a bit hard to find without a satnav guiding you.

Spacious room, coffee machine and fridge, pleasant location. Supermarket nearby, village centre and beach at walking distance (about 15-20 min). Large shower was a bonus. The sofa had a clean cover, unlike the typical b&b sofa that is normally grosse. Efficient shuttle service to the airport, although a bit expensive. I had a few hours to spend in Fiumicino before my flight and I enjoyed staying here. Would definitely recommend.

We had an early flight and took a night stay close to the airport. The owner was very nice and picked us up from the train station and drove us to the airport at 04:00, all at a very reasonable price and in a friendly manner.

The shower handele was always falling down. You have to hold it all along while taking shower.

The location is good to the airport when u have car, and to a 18 minutes drive to fiera di roma a train station where you can join roma termini for only 1 euros and 8 euros to the airport.

Really spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable- We had an early flight the following morning and this B&B is perfectly situated - just 10 minutes from the airport with quite a few good restaurants an easy walking distance away.

Was a lovely evening so walked to accommodation...had been flying many hours and needed to be outside. The route i took from airport wasn't pleasant...some main roads and not always footpaths

The owner of the property was so welcoming... couldnt do enough to ensure a pleasant stay. He even drove me to the airport...for a reasonable price. Phone translated for us so no language barrier. Room was clean and well appointed. Bed comfortable...which always makes a difference

I am satisfied with everything!

I LOVED everything! The room was bigger than expected, bathroom was also bigger than expected. Everything was spotless. I stayed for 4 nights and loved it. It might seem like not much is around the property but it is only a few minutes away from a huge supermarket and the beach is also very close. 15-20 minutes away from the center. The hosts didn't speak much English but they were very hospitable and super nice! We used translation apps so it wasn't an issue. I'd love to stay there again. PS. It is only about 15-20 minute drive away from the airport.

The location is still far from the airport, and the fact that I had to pay €20 for a ten to fifteen minutes drive to the airport. There is a supermarket thereby, but you have to walk for about 5-8 minutes.

The comfort and how clean my room was. The host, even though he could not speak English, received me nicely. There's also a dedicated line you can call or text for English speaking guests if you are in need of assistance.

I wish they had the electricity sockets higher, so that the young children cannot reach them(to be more family friendly ). . The apartment had some humidity in the atmosphere. Probably because of its location near the sea. The agent was kind but he didn't speak English. Fortunately we have smartphones

I liked that it was a clean apartment for a family. I recommend it for people who need to stay for a day to catch their connection flights even for weekend travellers.

The distance from almost everything can be seriously off-putting

Clean room. Tea, water and coffee available for free. Amazingly comfortable bed. Host only speaks Italian, so be prepared to use a translator app, but he is very helpful and friendly

Moving there with public transportation is a bit difficult, i knew that only one bus passes by the place (bus 5 that comes every hour almost). The doors can be improved to isolate the noise from outside the room (in case you had loud guests in the next rooms, you would hear them if they were a bit loud).

The place was exceptionally clean and organized. The receptionist was super nice and polite, they were friendly. The place has a shared kitchen and area that is well equipped with a refrigerator, small oven, microwave and coffee machine with its stuff. My booking included a private bathroom which was also extremely clean with towels and all was working very well. The location is quiet and nice, around 10 to 15 minutes walking to the beach. It has very fast wifi as well.
