The room was clean and the bed very comfortable which is the most important thing for me. The kitchen nice, small and well organised. The breakfast was generous. The location is 5mn from the train station and 10mn from the start of the main corso. We wanted to stay in the surroundings to avoid the noise of the city crowd during the night. We escaped from that but instead we heard the cats of the neighbours downstairs fighting in the heart of the night. On our arrival the entry smelled nice but on the second day, from the neighbours door, which is on the main floor it smelled a lot of cats. Pity that the streets near the location are on bad conditions and when it rains it stinks but the b&b inside is nice.

Only one minor thing - the toilet didn’t work at first, but the host responded and fixed it immediately while we were out.

Good location for us, near the train station. Free parking outside was very good. Easy entry instructions. Nice room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Good to have a kitchen across the hall to boil a kettle for our instant coffee.

The shower head didn't stay up properly, breakfast was just a couple of pre-packaged croissants, coffee and milk.

Room was a little small. We had a 4 day stay with no housekeeping/ change of towels or linen, (needed to pay extra). Check in check out was smooth but did not see owner.

The bathroom wasn’t clean — the shower and toilet were quite dirty. It was also noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep (Friday night) The small shelf used as a bedside table was barely hanging on by a single screw.

The communication with the owner was excellent, and the key collection system worked very smoothly. The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable. Free parking is available on the street right in front of the building. Fine for a one-night stay.

The owner of the B&B monitors the CCTV. They can control the air conditioning remotely and we found they would switch ours off. They text us to tell us we didn't close the front door properly but it felt creepy and overly monitored. 'Breakfast' is a few pre packaged croissants left in a communal kitchen. The room was not particularly clean - the bin had not been emptied and the bed sheets had stains and dirt on them which was unsettling. We slept 4 to the room and it was extremely cramped. Should only be a 3 man room at most. The area felt slightly dodgy and as a group of young women we did not like walking around at night.

The beds were comfortable and it is very close to train station. The owner helped us book a taxi to the airport, which was nice. It is very cheap, so if you don't mind rough and ready, it's okay.

The checkin could have been a bit more personal and we didn‘t quite know how or where to park the car best and if it would be safe there. But everything worked out good in the end! Also there is no real breakfast you‘d expect in a B&B, but you share the kitchen with the other tenants (which we don‘t know if there were any, we didn‘t see or hear them). For us it worked out fine like this, but maybe other people search something else than we do.

The stay in B&B Green was really great and the room had everything you needed, especially the bed was in my opinion extremely comfortable. The checkin was smooth and there were some snacks and drinks ready plus a coffee machine. We loved the aesthetics of the room and it was really close to the city center. We could easily do some groceries (including amazing pasta for a great price ;) by just walking, same for good Gelato.
