The Apartment is very cozy, clean and have a special atmosphere. Location is perfect if you want to visit Venice. Valentina gives super hints for traveling and hidden treasures for Venice. The breakfast was really delicious and freshly made every morning.

The location was great! easy to find in relation to visiting Venice. The hostess was VERY kind, and helpful in providing options to get to Venice without our car. She was born and raised in Venice so she knows the city very well. Parking for our car was right on property and out front.

Breakfast from host was a great way to start our day. She also gave us good tips on travelling to Venice which is 15 minutes of ride on motorbike. There is secured private parking behind the gate.

Valentina was very welcoming. I was even able to enter my room before the specified time. There is a small kitchen available for everyone to use which was perfect along with coffee making facilities. Valentina was able to direct me to Venice via public transport which was great.

The location is excellent for visiting the Veneto region. Accommodation is comfortable, very suitable and extremely clean. Breakfasts were excellent with a variety of food. Valentina is a very kind hostess. Greatest recommendations!

There can be bigger fridge in the shared kitchen and mini-fridge in the rooms. Shower curtains should be renewed time to time even if they wash it everyday. Because it starts smelling bad at some point. Mosquito net is needed on the windows.

The place is cute, owner was so friendly, breakfast was nice, pet friendly, free parking space, around 20 mins to Venice by car.
