If you are travelling and planning to wash clothes, this hotel doesn't allow it. We chose the loft room which had a very narrow and steep stair case to bring our big bags up. Just the toilet was downstairs no room to leave luggage downstair. Should have chosen one of their other units.

The staff, cleanliness and location were great. There is a lift that was able to take our luggage up to reception. Breakfast is brought to you by trolley with a selections of food to choose to eat, mainly cold food. One day we had a toasted sandwich brought with the other foods.

B&B Kingsman is situated on the 2nd floor of a building which is located a couple of blocks from the train station and close to most of the attractions. The building is secure and you’ll get a card that opens all the doors. Breakfast is decent and slightly varies from day to day (see the pictures). Bed and pillows were comfy. Paulo, the host, was very helpful, gave us many suggestions from restaurants to attractions to visit.

Not the owners fault, but a lot of stairs to the B&B, so if you have health issues, this will be challenging.
