Everything was great. I was initially concerned about being too close to the Termini Station, but it was a nice location and close to a Metro.

Good location close to the Termini Station, nice shared kitchen area for breakfasts, hosts offered help with figuring out transportation questions.

The owner was very nice and very responsive. The location is wonderful - a short walk to Termini. The breakfast was lovely. The room is spacious and comfortable.

Really good location near to the train station. Andrea is a friendly, accommodating host and ensured we got the best out of our stay. Comfortable bed and plenty of buffet/ self- serve breakfast. Like a home from home. Andrea was also very patient with me trying to speak in Italian!

Loved everything

Everything! The room was clean with extra little touches, including a decent hairdryer! We had a self-serve breakfast every morning, which was set out ready to go. It was a bonus having access to a washing machine! The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Great location! Highly recommend!

Ten minute walk from Termini station. Walkable to all major attractions (up to 30 min walk). Comfortable and clean. Very friendly hosts. Great to have breakfast/coffee included.

Great value, hosts were spot on with communication, explaining how to access property and making us feel welcome, delicious breakfast and a great neighborhood for grabbing a drink or bite to eat, and a later check out!

As we had a late flight would have been nice if was availability for a late check out. The sockets beside each side of the bed were not working.

The location was absolutely perfect so close to places. The room was spotless, Andrea was very helpful and the breakfast was a lovely set up.

Andrea was a great host. He sent pictures to easily find the place then he met us when we arrived to show us around the space. There are locker cabinets in the kitchen area so we were able to store our luggage after we checked out. He had the breakfast area prepared the night before so we were able to enjoy breakfast early (6:30) the next morning. The location is close to the train station to easily catch trains and buses, and about a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. We would stay here again!

Very close to the train station, 10 min walk. Big grocery store around the corner - Il Castoro Supermercati. We used the kitchen to make our breakfast.

Amazing location, steps from the Papal Basilica of Saint Mary Major and a few minutes walk from all other historical sites. Andrea was very helpful with quick replies. Room was super clean. Breakfast was good for the single night we stayed there.

The instruccions and comunication for the host was great. We can do the check in early and we are so grateful for this. The room was very clean and the bed a lot comfortable. We leave very early at the morning and Andrea prepared a good breakfast for us.

Location was about 4 blocks from Rome terminal and down the block from the beautiful cathedral Santa Maria Maggiori. Breakfast was very good with choices of juice coffee yogurt and pastry.

I had a lovely stay in Rome. The apartament met my expectations. It's located just about 500 metres from Termini, and there are plenty of attractions within the walking distance for the apartament. The place is comfortable, and the Host, Andrea is a very helpful and kind person. We arrived in the middle of the night and it was very easy to get there - all you need is just the access code that Andrea sent us before we set off. We also had to leave at night and it was not a problem at all. Andrea speaks English, and he told us about an exhibition that is on in Rome now, and it was one of the greatest exhibitions I had ever seen (We arrived mainly to see Caravaggio, but D&G exhibition was a piece of art itself - Andrea, thank you a lot for that recommendation). Everything was great! I can recommend this place - it's a very good place to stay at.

We were in Rome during a code red because of the heat. Not being allowed to leave the airconditioning on in the room while being out, really brings down comfort when being back for a short 'siesta'. Same holds for breakfast. Doing that in the heat while the room does have airconditioning feels wrong.

Perfect location. Good reception. Clear instructions on how to enter even if the host would not have been home. Walking distance from Termini station and all tourist sights. Bunch of nice bars and restaurants nearby too.
