I actually liked everything... For older or less mobile guests the many stairs to the third floor may be an issue.

The owners of this B&B are lovely people, very eager to fulfill every expectation. The breakfast was tasty (too much food for us to be honest) and the building in itself including the rooms are very nice. Many nice restaurants are closeby, as well as the vaporetto station.

Our hosts were so helpful and provided extra guidance as we arrived and departed Chioggia. The room was excellent with details that are often not provided in other places, such as slippers, A/C (which worked very well), washing machine, etc. The biggest factor for us is always cleanliness. This was spotlessly clean which made it very comfortable to relax. The woman who arrived to clean was also so very kind to us. It was a perfect place for four of us in two rooms. When back in Chioggia, this is where we will stay. Excellent value. They could easily charge 50 Euros more for what they are providing. 10 out of 10!

Nothing at all. The property was just perfect but note that there is no lift.

The rooms were beautifully and stylishly decorated. The small road was very quiet and the access to the most central road in Chioggia was super easy.

what a great B&B. Clean, friendly and with airco👍 Forget Venice, this place is so much more romantic and quiet. Fisherboats rule the old village and that makes it feel like the real world instead of touristic fake.

All in all, I liked everything! A breakfast would have been a bonus, but there was coffee and Juice available and a lot of cafes and restaurants serving breakfast just around the corner.

Everything is new, very clean and comfortable. Bikes for rent (for free). The owner was always available for any questions. We can highly recommend La Caneva :)

I didn’t realise that the property consisted of three en-suite bedrooms all let off separately and that we would have an other couple come in quite late and talk extremely loudly so we could not get to sleep.

Beautifully appointed property and the whole building was so thoughtfully planned.
