Not a negative as such, just worth noting that it is a B&B so not always someone in reception. Luisa responded straight away to a request I had on messages though ☺️

The room was pristine, super comfortable bed and all the amenities needed, including a Nespresso machine. Luisa and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my vegan diet for breakfast, I don't think anyone has ever gone to so much effort 😊 Nothing was too much trouble. A short walk to the lake, with some nice restaurants nearby and a short drive to the Old town.

Just a couple of minutes from the lake. Many restaurants and shops around. Hosts were very polite, responsive and attentive. Breakfast quite rich for a small place like this. Quiet place of town. Clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed.

Our host Luisa was truely amazing. La Dimora is centrally located in Sirmione and very close to the lake. You can take a short bus ride to the main attractions. Our room was spotless and the facilities were excellent. Perhaps the best part of our stay was breakfast. What a feast Luisa and her assistant put on each morning for guests. A beautiful spread of homemade foods all made with love and care.

This accomodation was more than PERFECT! Two ladies were kind and helpful and they are worked very well. The room was beautiful, clean and with nice design. The bed was very comfortable. The location is also perfect (near to Garda lake and shop and restaurants). And our favourite was the breakfast! Lot if delicious things what we can eat in beautiful garden. The ladies take care for my lactose intolerance also. Many many thanks again if we travel back to Garda lake we will choos just B&B La Dimora Del Garda :)

We enjoyed our stay a lot, definitely will be staying here whenever we're in Sirmione! The breakfast in the garden was delicious and beautiful: a lot of fresh fruits and berries were available, and the coffee was very good! The room was very clean and comfortable, without any annoying noise from the streets. Even though the weather outside was very hot, the room stayed nice and cool. Additionally, the parking space was very convenient.

Beautiful accommodation, 2 minutes walk to the lake and 20 min walk to old town. Excellent breakfast and very attentive host, who recommended great dinner spots nearby. Loved the decor in the bedroom with plenty of space and seating areas. Breakfast was amazing and served on a beautiful outdoor patio surrounded by lovely gardens. Host made delicious pastries too and gave us some away with us for our journey- so kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I have zero complaints.

It was comfortable even in very hot weather. The inn-keepers are very helpful. The rooms are clean as can be and the breakfast was outstanding. A home run!

Staying longer would have been better.

Our room was gorgeous and scrupulously clean. The breakfast was delightful, so beautifully presented and delicious with more choice than I expected. The coffee was freshly prepared and we were able to eat in the charming gardens. We hired bikes from the owner, for just a few euros, and had a great evening cycling to the next town for dinner (cycle paths are well kept and everywhere).

The photos don’t capture its true beauty — it’s even more stunning in real life! This place exceeded all our expectations! The breakfasts were absolutely delicious — the best we’ve had during our trip. The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens, with a lovely terrace. The espresso machine was a great touch. The hosts were amazing and truly welcoming. The house is just steps away from the lake, and everything was super comfortable and beautifully arranged.

Can’t think of one thing we didn’t like.

Louisa went above and beyond for us. Check in was perfect, her breakfast is amazing, and our stay was superb!!! This B&B is decorated beautifully, both inside and out. The garden yard is tranquil and quiet with many nooks to relax. We didn’t want to leave, and we would definitely return if coming back to this area. This is probably the best property we ever booked at booking.com

Nothing at all about the property!! Its a good 40-minute walk to the old town, but dont worry there is a shuttle bus, bus stop1 is just around the corner from the B&B.

La Dimora is beautifully decorated, in light colours and just very tasteful! Its super clean and we had a gorgeous and very spacious room with everything you need. Brilliant shower, lovely towels, tea and coffee making facilities, very comfy bed and an outdoor space to sit. And the breakfast was so amazing, what a spread. Fresh fruit, cereals, bread rolls, different cheeses and cold cuts, pizza, eggs, freshly pressed orange juice, all kind of sweet options and jams and freshly brewed coffee of your choosing. It was a pleasure having breakfast, was looking forward to it every morning and sets you up well for the day!! The two Italian ladies running La Dimora were helpful, very friendly and genuine. Thank you very much for making our our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!!

There really wasn’t anything that we did not like

In short, everything. The whole property is beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated. The air conditioning makes it a cool haven to return to after a day in the busy old town/local beaches. The breakfast is fabulous with everything thoughtfully and carefully displayed for you to enjoy and coffee runs freely. We were able to park inside the site as promised (without charge or reservation) and hired bikes to get around locally from our host. What makes this place so special though is the welcome and the service - we could not have asked for a warmer welcome (despite being late) and service that was second-to-none. This place will surprise you - the photos can’t show the fabulous, calm and friendly atmosphere that reigns.
