The elevator of the building is rather small.

✅ The location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance to most of the tourist attractions and a bus stop pretty much right outside. We walked to all the places including the historic center with a 4 year old with no problem! ✅ The host, Giorgia, was absolutely wonderful. She was welcoming, helpful and took very good care of all the guests. She gave us so many tips and served us amazing breakfast. ✅ The room was spacious and clean. They tidy up the room everyday. A mini-fridge was very useful as well to keep the beverage cool. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and we will definitely recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Palermo!

The hostess, Georgia, was full of energy and information. It was very clean and in a nice location. The daily breakfast was delicious. The location was a short walk from the city centre, shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Nothing negative about the accommodation.

Fantastic location for walking access to historical centre. Our room was the triple room and was spacious, clean, well furnished, nice balcony, lovely bathroom. Host Georgia was friendly and so helpful with both the accommodation and advice about sights and good restaurant reccomendations. We went to a local resturant which was excellent called Sapurito. Would definitely stay there again.

Extremely friendly owner who was good at communicating with us and providing advice and activities in the area. The room was impeccably clean throughout our stay and had all the amenities we needed including a warm shower, wifi, air conditioner and even a shared kitchen space we could get drinks from as we didn’t select the breakfast option. Overall a really pleasant stay and one of the best B&Bs I’ve stayed in.

Super comfortable, super clean, and everything (A/C, WiFi, shower) is modern and works perfectly. Great bed/bedding. And the owner is incredibly helpful and personable. A definite recommend.

Next door neighbors were loud as this is a b and b with rooms next to each other within an apartment building.

Property manager was so friendly and congeniall and accommodating! Room was so clean and nicely provisioned. Location excellent.

Everything was excellent.

Lovely B&B in an elegant old building in a posh residential section of the city. We found the location to be perfect. Quiet, tree-lined streets with plenty of cafes and designer boutiques nearby, yet only a 5-10 minute walk from major sights and nightlife. Photos represent the rooms accurately, which were comfortable and spotless. Giorgia, the owner, is a force of nature! She's a fantastic host who is a Palermo native and very knowledgeable about the city. Anyone staying here will experience Palermo at its best!

The location of the b&b is perfect, especially for a woman traveling alone. It it is a clean, safe area of Palermo, right off a main shopping strip. The breakfast spread is abundant and much more than I expected. The room was spotlessly clean. Giorgia was a wonderful host- she arranged airport pickup despite us booking after 9pm at night! She was warm, informative and professional. I absolutely would stay here again, and I would recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic, safe location for a stay in Palermo, close to city sights. We stayed in a superb room with a double bed, which was very comfortable & had an ensuite bathroom . The decor/ furniture was modern/ contemporary style & the room was immaculately clean.We didn't opt for breakfasts, but we were able to access the kitchen for tea/ coffee as we wished( which was also spotless, as was the rest of the property). Our room also had a flat screen TV, fridge, hairdryer, towels, complimentary toiletries & slippers ,which was a nice touch. Georgio is an excellent host & really makes you feel welcome- she gave us excellent information about the city. All communications with Giorgio were excellent also with regard to our stay.We would 100% recommend staying here.Many thanks! 😊

Maybe not the best location if you want to sleep long, as the walls/ceilings are very thin.

The property is conveniently situated at 10 min from shuttle bus station from airport and 5 min to urban buses for train station or for Piazza Independienza ( where to take bus 389 for Monreale) Very welcoming host, comfortable and clean facilities. I had a great time , thank you Georgia

Cold room by American standards, but triple room did have an extra electric heater that helped a bit.

Very clean and comfortable on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator. Very helpful host. Great location near historic center, but in a more quiet part of Palermo.
