There was a regular pump noise associated with the accommodation on the next floor. Outside the control of the host but did detract from the overall stay. Otherwise it was a great location.

The noise, so we had to close the windows and not use the fresh air.

Since we stayed on a Sat. night the below cafe' was quite noisy and the night traffic of the roundabout was also noisy until 1 -2 am

The location is just outside the busy city center, in walking distance to the main square. The apartment is big and has a shared fully equipped kitchen

The power points were very difficult to access and there were not enough of them.

We appreciated the shared space to use for dinner and sitting. The room was comfortable and the location was great, just outside the walls of the city.

Everything was pretty much decent. We did not see a soul but communication was quick and efficient.

We stayed there for a second time in one week. As it is close to the old town. Also there a some good (and cheaper) restaurants and bakeries in the close vicinity. The appartment is clean, spacious, has a good bed and is very clean. Ideal starting point for getting to know Lucca

Close to one of the gates to the old town. Large room, good shower, good bed, very clean, water boiler in the room (which is a great plus). A few good restaurants in the close proximity. And ample (paid) parking space. Ideal location for getting to know the town, or driving to the country side.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. Everything was very clean! The dining room/common area is a good place to have a coffee and read a book 😉 And having the kitchen was also great! And last but not least, Alma is a beautiful person, very kind and helpful. The whole guest house was amazing, super clean and comfortable. The room itself was a bit small for 3 of us but super clean and organised. Everything was top, the location is amazing: close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Marco is very friendly and answered us whenever we needed anything super fast. To recommend, absolutely

Absolutely loved Lucca and our stay here. Room was on the corner, overlooking the City Wall. A 5 min walk to everything. Comfy beds and good bathroom. Shared kitchen area was well looked after and well stocked.

The initial check is complicated as you have to wait for someone (not the host) to open the building’s front door and then follow the check in instructions. So you could be waiting outside for a few minutes or hours depending on your luck.

Cosy room with high ceiling and has good character. Located just outside The Wall. A nice lady comes to clean the room daily. The lift is a saviour.

It was quiet, clean, with comfortable appointments and excellent air conditioning! It was nice to be able to use the elevator with our luggage. The staff was very friendly. We usually stay in the old part of towns, but this was handier in terms of parking, and that we were meeting friends staying north east of town.

It was a bit far from train station and the closest groceries were 15+ minutes away.

I really loved my stay at this place and I was into the vintage vibe of the accommodation. I liked that kitchen and fridge were available. We had a good internet connection and like some good restaurant near by.

The house is in the center of city, near a tourist attraction, I think it may a old palace. It's easy to have dinner and buy something. Near the house there are many parking lot, and the price also is reasonable.

Marcus was very helpful in getting us into the apartment. The location of the apartment was perfect as it was just on the outside of the town walls. This made accessing the town very practical. The place was very clean and there was nice coffee for us to make. Cooking facilities were available. The lift was great as we had heavy bags. Overall, very positive.

The extra bed of the main room was a little incomfortable.

Great location near the gates of the town of Lucca. The apartment is very nice and each room has it's separate key. The rooms have air con, which is very grateful in summer. Very good communication with the host.

Marco was extremely helpful and provided good recommendations for the dinner and information about nearby beaches. The place is in a quiet area, just outside the city wall. It is a perfect location to walk to the main city attractions.
