Super comfy room. Great location—easy to walk to places. Good breakfast. Excellent cappuccino made every morning by Alessandro (and he was very helpful).

Everything was fine

Very spacious and clean rooms in a central location. Alessandro was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the terrace was also very nice. There are some stairs, but absolutely worth it!

There are a lot of stairs, so it's better to pack light. ;)

The apartment was just above a nightclub so sleeping was difficult from 11 pm until 2 am. due to loud music.

Watch out for the stairs - there are quite a lot at the end of a long day on your feet!

The area is scruffy and noisy and first appearances are disappointing. But the rooms, Alessandro, the host, the breakfast, the terrace are all superb. You eventually accept that Palermo is scruffy, rubbish strewn and noisy but lively, interesting, full of surprises, friendly and with some great historical buildings. Quattro Incanto is a small, peaceful, oasis in the middle of the mayhem.

First of all the location was excellent. Walking distance to everything in the city. Up lovely old stone stairs (2 floors) to the B&B and into spacious rooms. We were in the two smaller rooms which were both large. We were welcomed to a spotless property (thank you Patrizia) by Alessandro who truly understands what it means to be a host. Communication prior to our stay was easy and responsive and before arrival we were provided with comprehensive check in instructions along with recommendations for what sights to visit, restaurant and street food recommendations. We were also helped with arrangements for transport For a day tour with a reliable driver. Breakfast is served in the terrace with views of Mount Pellegrino. Breakfast had a wide range of sweet and savoury options, delicious homemade cakes and biscuits, great cheeses and meat etc. and good coffee made by our host. Our stay at Quattro Incanti was a key part of our visit to Palermo. Thank you Alessandro …… brilliant.

Stairs 😫 The area looks a bit uninviting but don't be put off, take the time to walk around and you will appreciate the awesome location.

Great little terrace, awesome location which has plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, Alessandro was super helpful with clear instructions and plenty of recommendations. Breakfast was a lovely inclusion. Room is simple but spacious and clean.

the area gets noisy sometimes at night since there are some restaurants in close proximity (but the owner provides ear plugs if you need them :) )

Alessandro was extremely helpful and gave all the information to make our stay pleasant, the room was very nice and pretty modern, the local is perfect and close to all the interesting sights

Unfortunately, the room did not have any silverware inside, and very small fridge. However, there was a great kitchen with the terrace that we could have used at any time and make food for ourselves. Big props for this.

Quattro Incanti is delightful! It is perfectly located near Palermo Central train station, and within walking distance of many sights in the town. Despite it being a busy area, we had no issues sleeping because the room had great shutters and sound proofing. The room was also perfectly clean, and included AC, a bathroom, a safe, fridge and kettle. The host Alessandro is excellent, providing very clear instructions to access the building, recommendations for the local area, and hosting a lovely breakfast on the roof terrace. I would highly recommend Quattro Incanti if you are staying in Palermo.

Great location in central old town. Excellent, comfortable room with modern shower. The host (Alessandro) was so kind, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing on the roof terrace.

A brilliant start to our holiday in Sicily. A fab location - right in the centre of town. We were able to walk everywhere from there. Being on the second floor was a bonus too - a lovely roof terrace (both for breakfast and late-afternoon chilling) and maybe quieter than a lower floor (we had no issues with noise at all, and our room was at the front). The recommendations for bars and restaurants which Alessandro provided were all excellent. A couple we had found ourselves without realising they were on the list (we clearly share his taste!), and some we would never have come across without him and thoroughly enjoyed them. Alessandro is a brilliant host - very welcoming when you meet him at breakfast, and very helpful on whatsapp both before and during your stay. If you're scrolling through reviews, trying to decide where to stay - stop scrolling and book here!

Big beautiful room to stay in and the location was exactly where you want to be. Alessandro was extremely accommodating and recommended some excellent restaurants and places for aperitif. His instructions on finding and entering the BnB were very clear and helpful. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

The cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff truly made the experience better. The owner was very friendly and nice, and he made sure that we had not only a good stay, but also a good trip overall. The coffee at breakfast was really good.

Easy to get to from train station. Host Alessandro goes all out to make sure you have a great experience with included breakfast of fresh baked goods cheeses and deli meats not to mention made to order cappuccino and other coffees. He also offers suggestions for local restaurants and will assist you with any questions about Palermo. We had a great stay highly recommended

Entrance and staircase to property could be off putting and not accessible for the less mobile but the climb is well worth it if you are able.

Location perfect, breakfast lovely and roof terrace fantastic Rooms are spacious and clean. Great communication before and throughout our stay.
