Location was great. Near train/bus station and good places to eat.

No staff onsite - never saw anyone. All communication by phone or WhatsApp. Facilities were basic, and it was very noisy inside the building as all rooms opened directly onto the main hallway. People were shouting across the hallway late at night and dragging cases across the tile floors. Poorly fitting doors meant you heard every sound. Also, there was a lot of noise from the floor above. Bed had only one very thin blanket, which I had to double over to stay warm. No breakfast onsite ... got a message at night saying we would have to go to a cafe across the road. We were allowed one coffee and one croissant each! Not impressed.

Couldn’t have picked a better location - right behind the train station and within walking distance to everything. Probably the most comfortable bed I slept on this entire trip. Room was spacious and bright and breakfast on the balcony with a stunning view of the ocean and Mount Vesuvius was priceless! Letizia was super nice and very communicative. Thank you again for everything. Hope to be back soon!

Good location but hard to find, no instruction how to get to and no email correspondence about, no signs outside the door in regards of this B&B, likely we ask one of the guest that leave at the same building to guide us.

I was very disappointed that instead of the room I had booked with a beautiful sea view, I was given a standard room facing a gloomy courtyard. When I asked where our sea view Number is, as shown in the picture, the answer was that there was no water in that room, and therefore we had to stay in this one, as it is. That was very disappointing.

Clean, spacious, everything you needed. Clear instructions for entering and the staff were friendly in the morning. The breakfast was served to the room and was plenty- great variety lasted me all day!
