Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There is no espresso.
The place is great. Very clean, very nice, perfect to walk to Center of Sorrento and to bus station The bed is so comfortable. The bathroom is clean and cozy.

It has a great location, only a few min walk to the train station, city center, old city center, restaurants and all you need. And it was quiet. We had a good communication with the host. Our week at Stanza Tasso was a great one.

I spent half an hour looking for this house, I asked people who live there and they didn't know this place. Then I accidentally saw a very small sign, where I didn't expect to see it. It really disappointed me, because I was tired after a long journey and I had plans. And I didn't have the Internet so I could contact the owner. Maybe the owner needs to write in more detail how to find this house. And what it looks like.
Modern renovation and lots of useful little things in the bathroom and other places. There is a separate room with a sofa and a table where you can eat or drink drinks, there is also a balcony, there was a kettle and some dishes, I really liked the orange mugs. There was jam and chocolate paste. Lots of coffee capsules, probably good for those who drink it. A few minutes to the train station, it is very convenient. The owner was very friendly and polite. I really liked this place.

We were greeted by the smiliest, loveliest owners, who made us feel welcome from the start. The apartment is so clean and modern and really well thought out! The bathroom is spacious and the living area has everything you need. Lovely to include pastries and a coffee station aswell:) and great value for money. The owner was super attentive also with texting back. All in all a wonderful stay😊❤️

Railway is very close to the apartment so you can hear trains going by from time to time - but it’s also a plus because station is very close by.
Nice location, comfortable room, was a bit chilly in the room but there is air conditioner so I could keep room warm. Room had everything I needed

There was coffee machine, but it didn't work. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest.
It is a small but cozy room, with a shared living room. Its 5 minutes away from the center, very good location.

Very welcoming staff who provides you with lots of info (thanks, Angelo). Central location, close to train station and buses that take you to Positano and Amalfi. Clean and comfy. Tea and cooffee station. Good facilities.

We liked everything, basic room with everything that you need.
Perfect location right in the heart of Sorrento however still nice and quiet at night. The host has been lovely throughout any questions we had he would reply straight away, such as with helping us find the best way to get from place to place. Would definitely recommend this b&b we have had a lovely time.

The shower cabin sliding door.
Excellent communication with the host. He was very cooperative and prompt. We forgot a jacket in the room and he sent it by courier. Good location.

We were asked if the room required cleaning on day 3 of our trip which we stated it did, however the room was not cleaned until day 6 meaning we had damp towels most of our stay as they would not dry in the bathroom.
The location was amazing, the room was spacious and had all the facilities required.

The bedside lamps could be improved on.
The location is perfect for a Sorrento stay 👌🏻 close enough to everything without too much of the hustle & bustle. Very clean & neat with good communication from the host. Good coffee & pastry from the local included in stay.

Only minus is that the bathroom is separately from the room.
The accomodation is very beautiful, all was very clean and confortable! The centre is at 7-10 min away. Bus station at 5 min. Very good amplacement!

A little disappointed in not being able to sit in common room after check out with our luggage for and hour before time to get to train station. It would have been appreciated and gone a long way for this simple gesture.
Close to train and bus stations so easy to walk with luggage.

Clean and comfortable stay in a central part of Sorrento. Rooms were made up twice during our 4 day stay. Would definitely recommend staying here and would also return to stay if we were in Sorrento again l.
