Although we thought this place was great, we found it was always a 30 minute walk to wherever we needed to go (main city area). That's where all our meeting points were for tours, so keep that in mind. If you leave early enough, you can catch a cab at one of the cab stops about five minute walk away. But you do wait for cabs In Florence so be prepared. This has nothing to do with the hotel. They're just not readily available.

Such a cute place! Clean, nicely decorated & very roomy. Loved our patio area. The staff made great cappuccinos in the morning. Good little selection for breakfast . They were really helpful in "trying" to get us cabs. But in Florence its not always possible. Would stay again . Some nice restaurants, bakeries & stores nearby .

The noise from the doorbell is quite loud. Looks like there is forming moulds on the toilet in our room.

Room was so lovely,clean and modern. Location is pretty good as well, for tourist spot. If you love walking definitely this place is a good place to stay. Just want to say Rumesh as well for assisting me, on the check out time and booking taxi for and my partner. Food for breakfast is nice also.

Small rooms, felt like student accommodation with basic furnishings. Walls very thin, quite loud during breakfast etc. Location very far out from center of Florence with all attractions being a 25-30 min walk - was near a bus stop however that was semi reliable.

It was a good location approx 15 mins walk to all the main sights. It had lots of nice restaurants on the street. It was clean and teh balcony view was amazing. The lady at reception was so helpful and explained how to use the trains etc in Florence.

Bad hospitality , woman who is working on the lobby is very rude . She shouted at us :((( family room is very small . the walls are very thin you can hear your neighbors. Elevator is like a horror movie . It is very small also stopped suddenly on the middle of the floor door is opened but there is a wall and you can not leave . I didn't see any inspection signs in the elevator etc.

It was a bit dusty in the room, and it was noisy in the morning, walls thin you could hear the neighbours.

Nothing really. Maybe, there could be less mold in a bathroom.

Really good value for money. Nice and cosy B&B, easy self check-in. Really good location - 20 min walk to Dome and historical center, more quite neighborhood. Supermarket in 90m, lots of shops, restaraunts and bars nearby. Fluid coffee can recommend for a really good coffee. The room itself was same as on pictures, with a balcony and view on a hills. Room was cleaned everyday! Breakfast basic but good enough to start the day.

The layout of the room was a bit awkward. The lack of hooks in the toilet made it tricky to hang towels etc.

Location was great. Good communication by management made it easy to check in and find the property.

Great location only a short walk to the centre (about 15 minutes). Great residential area, the room is quiet at night with places to eat/drink close by. Lovely simple buffet breakfast served every day. Could've just done with providing glasses for the room rather than plastic cups, a few extra pillows to select from and maybe drawers for your clothes as there's only shelves and hanging space. Overall though very lovely and I'd stay there again.
