Our room opened up the the courtyard and so it always smelled like cigarettes & we don’t smoke so that was the only off putting part

No complaints about the property- but be aware that Parking can be a bit stressful. Lorenzo gave us advice and assistance to manage it.

It was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was modern. Lorenzo, the host and his Mumma were lovely and very helpful. Felt at home at this place. 15 minute walk to the main areas of attraction . Would definitely recommend .

Lorenzo and his mom were very helpful with accommodations, extra pillows, restaurant recommendations, etc. there is parking nearby and plenty of electric scooters available the get around the city. Really a great spot.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at B&B The Lux. The location was perfect—just a short and pleasant walk to the city centre, making it easy to explore everything on foot. Our room was very clean, and the air conditioning was an absolute blessing during the August heat. What truly made our stay special, however, was the hospitality. Lorenzo and his parents were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a lovely variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we would happily stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment is cozy, clean, and comfortable. Great location — only 12 minutes to the city center, and just about 20 minutes by tram from the airport. A very pleasant place to stay in Florence, I would definitely come back!

Great place to stay, roughly 20 minutes by foot to the touristic area. Room was quiet, very clean, bed very comfortable, air-conditioning worked great, room had a fridge. The owners were amazing, were flexible to let us in late at night, offered great advice. We got a set of towels (great quality), had good coffee :) will surely return!

Very little place for any toiletries in bathroom. Just one shelf would have helped a ton. Not having a luggage rack and very limited drawer space for clothes.

Very clean, modern room. Plenty of outlets, bedside and through the room. Air conditioner worked great. Lift was available for getting luggage up and down.
