Our room was perfect for myself my friend and my niece , clean and comfortable beds , nice powerful shower . It was up a lovely street and near to restaurants . The breakfast was lovely just around the corner at a cafe Our lovely host also drove us to Split mountain and the beach which was amazing and nearby . We had a great time during our stay. The apartment is in a great location—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. There’s plenty to explore nearby, like the old town and beautiful beaches, and you can easily reach nice places by public transport or walk. We also enjoyed the delicious included breakfast and Erasmo's incredible hospitality. He was always happy to help. We highly recommend this place.

It felt like home! The owner is the sweetest person, helping with anything you can ask for! He brought me to the top of the hill and showed the church there, we had a lovely conversation and coffee in the cafe there, after that I spent half of the day walking and seeing the ancient sights. Also he dropped me to the railway station on my last day! ❤️ I was traveling solo, picked up the b&b after I came to see the town and decided to stay for a few days, and it was the best choice! The location is superb-10 min to the beach, and right by the cute harbor with fishing boats. It is a in the old center, there are many cafes and restaurants, green groceries, and a small market with local cheeses, meats and wines.

We really enjoyed our stay in Vento di Terra, placed in an authentic Italian neighbourhood in one part of old town (actually there are two of them connected by Lungomare). The accommodation is strategically placed, just few steps from seaside promenade. The famous Serapo beach and second part of old city with castle and old port are easy reachable by foot. Bus stops for unbelievably beautiful Ariana beach, which is real natural phenomena with its green cliff and shallow water, and to the small picturesque village of Spearlonga as well as to the town of Formia with its railway connection for Rome and Naples are next to accomodation. Our spacious, bright and clean room was in an old building in the end of a cobbled side street opened to the sea. We had a side sea view from our balcony. We left our balcony door constantly opened letting real Italy to come inside. Smell of the sea and sounds of lively neighbourhood (the bench in the street in front of entrance was always occupied) made us feel as a part of this Italian magic. We would give a high mark for Vento di Terra because all of this, but our host Erasmo have made that we wish if we would give more than 10. We have a long traveller history but never anybody treated us in such way. Not as a guests but as a family. On a first morning he personally took us to the a charming caffe Roma where we had our 'colazione' with the locals sitting on their standard places. He showed us an elegant early twenty centaury looking part of Serapo beach as well as ancient monastery with its miracle of a gorge which finishes high above the sea, and nearby sea caverns. We want to thank Erasmo, a sailor with a big heart and to wind from the land (vento di terra) which took him home and enable him to this big heart opens to his guests.

Only thing that could be improved is each room having an individual fridge in the room, nothing else to complain about!

Check in with Rasmus was the best greeting we have ever had from a host, including meeting us at the car with a discounted parking ticket and a little guide of the town on the map in the office. The room itself was much bigger than we expected and a very comfortable bed and bathroom. Rasmus also have us a great recommendation for Le Rete a family run seafood restaurant down the street which was excellent. Breakfast was just right in the local Cafe. Overall Great stay!
