Great location. Giulietta house, Verona Arena, Piazza delle Erbe are within walkable distance. Parking is 150m away. Gnam Gnam great cafeteria is about 100m.

The proprietor were very nice in letting us in early. However, we were told to meet them at 4pm to check-in but they messaged us later to say they would not be there. We did not get the message until we were back at the hotel, on Wi-Fi. They asked for a picture of our documents through text or WhatsApp, which we did not have our entire trip. We let them know that but that made us take time trying to send documents. The morning we were leaving we were still communicating to get them our documents, which we sent through email. Having them not be there at the established time took time from our trip and having to get them our documents was stressful.

It was nice inside with a good location near the water and city center.

It was possible to hear almost every sound from in and outside the building - from the street, even with the windows closed.

Nice room for a short stay in Verona. The place is located near to the river and about 10 minutes away from the most popular objects. The staff was so kind. The room itself was clean, pretty and had nice views.

Its a real troop up many flights of stairs to get to your room and there isnt a lift, so if you require an accessible place to stay, this probably wouldn't work for you. It was a real mission to get up with a heavy suitcase.

Location of the property is great, it was easy to walk into the city centre so location wise, its fabulous. The lady that checked me in was fantastic, lovely lady. The facilities in the room couldn't be beaten, all of the lovely little cakes and pastries were such a nice touch, along with the full complimentary mini fridge- I really couldnt fault any part of that.

We stayed for one night, perfect for exploring Verona. Hosts were amazing, although we did not meet pwrsonally - great communication, all we needed to know was passed to us via whats up, early checkin, no issues with anything. Room was good size, coffe/tea station, water in the fridge, little balcony to have your morning espresso. I would stay again when visiting Verona.

Wifi did not work in bedroom but not a big deal since we were rarely in our room.

Location was 5 minute walk over the bridge to the center of Verona. Felt safe during our stay. Well equipped with coffee and tea. Your best place to park is the bus/train station - Safe and less expensive. Do not waste time looking for parking - nothing is available on the streets.

Nothing, it was perfect for my trip.

Lovely rooms. Very bright and clean. Room has everything you could need including good bathroom facilities, a kettle and a little coffee machine. Located in a perfect location. Staff are very easy to get in contact with if you need to. I had no problems with this property, will definitely stay here again if I visit Verona in the future.

No welcome area, miscommunication on how to get in the bldg., once in the room, it had not been prepared for guest arrival e.g. a/c not on, refrigerator unplugged, no explanation as to where things were or operated. Toilet didn’t flush properly and shower leaked all over the floor. Ruggiero was accessible by phone but was not on property. Many disappointments on arrival. Warn solo or 2 women travelers that there’s no lift or assistance of any kind to get luggage up and down many many stairs. (we were on the 4th floor.). 2nd small room needs a fan as there’s no a/ c and was unbearably hot.

the location was very good. easy to get to everything we wanted to see and plenty of good ristorantes and cafes nearby.

It was a little pricy, but that was because there was a wine convention on the weekend we visited

Valerio was very friendly and carried all our luggage free minibar (incl. coffeemachine and snacks)
