We had a wonderful time in this picturesque village on the shores of Lake Como. The owner and his wife are incredible hosts - offering a truly personal boutique experience in this paradise.

We had the perfect stay! The place is as beautiful and charming as in the pictures. As a small B&B, the hosts personally take great care of everything and are very friendly and accommodating. They went well beyond our expectations in meeting our dietary restrictions. And what a breakfast it was! Absolutely delicious, with a variety of homemade vegetarian options, the best we ever had. While Domaso can be busy by the lake, this property is an oasis of peace, yet still within walking distance from the lake. We enjoyed it so much we spent more time at their pool than the lake. We hope to be back =)

Great room, really good breakfast and the owners are really friendly.

I loved everything! The whole thing was successful: location, owners, room and its high quality materials, swimming pool, wonderful breakfast. We want to come back here. Room was super clean, fresh and beautiful. Location was perfect, so quiet and beautiful, near by center.

A small fridge in the room would have been nice.

The weather

Everything as expected and better!

The room was clean, fresh, quiet, comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Such a comfortable bed with quality bedding. Super breakfast buffet. Friendly, helpful staff.

The tiny packets of shower gel/shampoo were silly. They are fiddly to use and wasteful packaging. A pump dispenser would be an improvement.

We had the most authentic Italian food & stay experience at Eden Villa! The presence of their 2 pet dogs was an added delight for us. The Hosts are incredible in their Hospitality and we thoroughly enjoyed the conversations with them. The Villa we stayed in was quite aesthetic and squeaky clean with all the amenities in place. The view was amazing too. We would love to come back to Eden Villa

Everything was Great!!

The Villa was in my personal opinion in one of the best areas of Lake Como and we had such a lovely host! So kind. The resident dog stole my heart! The rooms were spotless & spacious with an amazing memory foam bed. There’s also a sun room where you eat breakfast which is lovely to read in. We didn’t eat breakfast but it looked amazing, so much choice. Everything about this stay was perfect. Plenty of parking available but it is a tight, narrow road so you need to be a confident driver.

This isn’t a big point, but tea and coffee facilities in the room might be nice since there’s a lovely outside seating area outside your room. Although, our host offered my coffee when in the sun room & made me one free of charge, which was a nice touch.

Location is wonderfull, I have seen one of the most authentic side of Italy in this travel. Host is very friendly, open to help us with ndications, recomending restaurants and places to see.

Room a bit cold at our arrival and first night, but maybe understandalble as I had the impression we were the only guests at the time in the entire villa.

Tastefully arranged, comfortable rooms, extremely nice hosts, good location.

Thanks a lot for the stay. We were the only guests in the house but we got the whole full breakfast, and it was fantastic. The place is perfect to do some hiking or biking trips. And in only some minutes walk you in the centrum with good restaurants and supermarkets. So, it was perfect.

We really liked the quiet location, but still just walking distance from the restaurants and lake Como. Room was beautiful and you could feel the quality in everything, from interior decoration to the bed quality. Our room was with the pool view and we loved it. Really helpful and nice host aswell, thank you!

I absolutely enjoyed the fantastic facilities including the peaceful time while reading my book near swimming pool with jacuzzi outdoors. The owner was so helpful that helped me to get into the train station personally.
