Unfortunately our room was on the street side and sometimes you could hear noises during the night.

Excellent location and facilities. The owner is extremely nice and very helpful. He was always available in the morning if we needed anything. Rooms are very spacious, the garden at the back is nice to have breakfast (mind the mosquitos in Summer!).

Everything was perfect! The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach. I would definitely choose the same place if I return to Pescara.

Nothing all good!!

Really clean, good WiFi, and their breakfast is really good. I rented all four rooms, each one of them with its own bathroom. All beds, and amenities were amazing. The B&B it’s a walking distance from every important place in Pescara, 3-5 minutes from the beach and the Lidos, 10 minutes from good restaurants such as Cose, or La Cucineria, and 10-12 minutes walk from the downtown.

Nothing - it was really good value for money.

The location was perfect, both close to town and the beach, as well as being lovely and quiet. The accommodation was just what we wanted, comfortable and clean, and the facilities very good. Easy to find with the manager's excellent directions and fantastic communication. Paolo gave us really good advice and recommendations, and helped us book a taxi for the return journey to the airport.

Excellent location, very close to the beach (also close to the free public beach) and to the center pedestrian area where all the restaurants are. The breakfast was very good - italian style consisting of tasty pastries, yogurt, coffee.

It was very easy to find the apartment. We were welcomed with a smile by super friendly staff. The staff members gave us towels and umbrella to use at the beach. Room was spacious, clean, nicely darkened during the night, A/C was working perfectly, beds were very comfortable, bathroom was nice and clean. Friendliness of staff members exceeded our expectations. Staff members shared their tips for nice spots to visit and restaurants recommendations. Totally helpful! It is literally super close to the public beach and all the beach clubs, bars, etc. Walking distance to all the central restaurants, cafés, gelaterias, central station, shops. Nice and quiet spot.

Great location with all you need for a stay near the beach in the center of Pescara. The owner is a great host and will provide excellent coffee and breakfast, also access to the property is easy and convenient. The center is less than 10 min walk. BUt the area is residential without all the noise and crowd

Everything was amazing. Thank you to the hosts for making our stay in Pescara great and relaxing. They were super helpful and friendly. Very clean and modern facilities providing stuff like Amazon Alexa etc. Coffee and drinking water always available, breakfasts were great. We were provided with beach umbrella, beach towels. There are mosquito sprays all over place. Everything you need is here, thus making your stay pleasant and relaxing. Hosts are actively taking care of the place, cleaning, gardening etc., so you can see that this is not just money laundering BnB scam... Amazing, thank you again. Will definitely return again.

The location is a few blocks from the beach and restaurants and the old town is a reasonable walk. A public parking lot is nearby. The breakfast was very good with a diverse choice of offerings. There is a nice garden area to enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine.

Lovely clean big room, tall ceilings nicely decorated. Great self service breakfast and friendly owner. In a quiet residential area but close to everything you need.

Paulo the host was very welcoming and good company. The room was exactly as picture with high quality bedding. Breakfast was self service but there was a good selection. Would stay again if we return Pescara.

Lovely host, full of information and friendly. Great location and short walk to the beach. We walked too and from the central train station, about 15 minutes flat walk. The room was good, very comfy bed.

The room was very lovely, breakfast was delicious, the garden in the back of the property was very nice as well. The owner was very nice too, gave a splendid recommendation for lunch in Pescara. Would definitely stay here again :)
