the ZTL traffic limitations that make it hard to get around Padova

Alberto is a star. We had a problem with the booking due to booking.com having changed the description of the property, leading to mismatch with our expectations. Booking did not come through with a solution (they seem to rarely do). Alberto, by contrast did, at his own expense. As he puts it, his job is not only to rent a property, but to solve problems. He is caring, thoughtful and shows an exceptional level of hospitality. a treasure.

Not entirely transparent about the cost of parking, whether it is included in the price or not. It turned out to be extra 5 euros per day.

Very comfortable room, nice location with a beautiful garden and 10 min walk to Prato della Valle, a nice coffee and breakfast in the morning.

Lovely spot in a quiet district of private houses in Padova. The room was just the right size, everything was really clean, we visited in February and we found the room already warm which was great. Alberto, the host, was so sweet, he came personally to welcome us and show us how to use the key and close the shutters and all that, and gave us useful tips for visiting the city and was always readily available, he was a great help to us. We had a great stay. Prato della Valle is only a few minutes walk away.

Very nice apartment with friendly owner who helped us a lot in all our questions. Safe parking for 5 EUR is just in front of villa. Very comfortable conditions, clean and cosy. Highly recommend.

Great location, quiet area, easy 15min walk to city centre. You can park the car on the location for 5e. The owner is very friendly, available on WhatsApp for something you need. Good value comparing to other options in Padova.

The only reason for not giving a 10 is because there was an issue with the water on not getting hot, just warm. Also, the house is located near the city centre, but not so much if you don’t come by car - as we didn’t have one, it was too much of walking or taking tram. Not an issue, but not so convenient in our case.

The apartment is very beautiful with hotel quality sheets and towels - the best BnB I stayed during the trip. Alberto was great - very responsive and kind.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable room. Comfortable beds with very clean linens. The owner was very friendly and pleasant, he told us in detail about all the interesting places nearby and gave excellent recommendations where to have a delicious dinner. We travel a lot, but we have never seen such a beautiful place. 100% my best recommendations here!!!

Perfect location, clean and cozy apartment. Everything is within walking distance, including the historic city center and numerous restaurants, just a 10-minute stroll away. The apartment is beautifully furnished, well-equipped, comfortable, and spotless. On-site parking is available in the courtyard, and the host is always reachable and ready to assist with any questions.

It is a very nice property in a quite living area of houses. It is about 10 mins walking to the center and museums. Everything is new and extremely clean. New and noiseless airconditioners. We book a suit and it was fine for 4 adults, though the rooms were with direct passage from one into the other. The host is very helpful, English speaking. There is a good typical local pizzaria at the corner of the main street Via Gordano Bruno at good prices. It works after 18:30 and is very good. Parking area is small but it was not difficult to park, also the host is helping, if needed. I recommend!

Central location short walking to city center. Very nice and modern rooms/ apartmant. Alberto was very friendly and helpful with assistance of car parking and city center restaurant/visitor tips. Good value for money.
