We enjoyed the breakfast, however, we are used to the eggs and bacon style.

Our host was very helpful. He had his TV on quite loud when we arrived and he turned it off while we were there. He directed us to a place for lunch as well as dinner. Both were excellent choices. As a bonus, we were able to book the shuttle to the cruise port at the hotel where we had dinner, which was only 3 doors up the hill.

The owners were amazing and so helpful. It was a last minute booking as our plans while in Rome changed. The owners went above and beyond to assist and help us with getting there, anything we needed whilst there, and also drove us to the cruise port. The room itself had all that we needed for our stay and the little balcony view was a bonus.

Stairs for elderly guests with lots of heavy luggage.

The property is the owner's home. The owner's daughter was there to help us. As we had four bags and our room was upstairs, she gave us another room on the first floor which was clean and adequate. We are in our 80's, so stairs would have been difficult. She didn't speak much English & we spoke no Italian, so we used our translators a lot. Our scheduled ride to our ship cancelled the day we arrived. She helped us find a shuttle to our ship. She also provided a nice breakfast for us.

The parking location is on the narrow street. The door locks in the room are a little challenging to work.

The house was very nice and excellent staff. Daniela was most accommodating.

This property was lovely. Clean. Welcoming. We had a balcony terrace, however, it was difficult to sit and enjoy the view as the balcony had high walls.

The hosts were delightful and accommodating. We do not speak Italian, but the hosts worked hard to bridge the gap and all of our needs were met with cheer.

One thing that might be inconvenient. The room we had had an inclined and low ceiling. We had to be careful when getting out of bed from one side where the ceiling was pretty low. One might hit his head.

The owner was very nice. He welcomed us with a nice smile and offered us a cold bottle of water. The location was great. The room was nice and clean.

The place is advertised as having parking but there is none. You have to park in the street and it’s not the best part of town. The WiFi is so bad that it’s completely useless. Speed test managed 4800ms but gave up trying to measure the speed. It’s not even enough for my email to load in gmail. The bathroom floor was extremely slippery so I smashed my ankle on a step just outside the shower. It’s downright dangerous. The shower head holder is broken so you can’t angle the shower head. And there’s nowhere to put your showering soaps or shampoos. Oh and the breakfast is pretty abysmal. There were some iced croissants and a few cake type things. No fresh bread. No yoghurt. No eggs. No cereal. No cheese. No meats. No butter. No fruit. Basically if you’re trying to have a low carb breakfast you’re completely out of luck. This all sounds quite negative, but the place could be great with just a few cheap and easy tweaks. But the non working internet is unforgivable. Internet is like running water. If it’s not there I don’t expect to be paying this sort of price.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff are friendly. They offered me a bottle of water on arrival and departure.

The price does not correspond to reality. No breakfast, only coffee and water. The room is big but uncomfortable because the ceiling is low and you can hit your head. Fortunately, we were only there for one night, because construction is going on nearby, the sea is rocky, there is no beach nearby and it is far from the city.

It was clean.
