I had the pleasure of staying at this charming, family-run hotel and couldn’t have been more delighted. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, cozy, and incredibly peaceful—truly a perfect escape from the noise and rush of daily life. The room was immaculate, with every corner sparkling clean and thoughtfully prepared. It’s clear the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. The entire hotel has a cozy, homelike feel that instantly puts you at ease. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality. The owners are some of the kindest, most welcoming people I’ve ever met—genuinely friendly and always happy to help with anything you need. Their warmth made the stay feel personal and special. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and heartwarming place to stay, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. A true home away from home! I would rate this 15/10 if i had the chance !

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The bed was super comfortable, I had my own balcony to relax or could also go into the garden. There was everything I wished for at breakfast. The location was great for me because it was away from the main road so it was very quiet. If you want to hike you can start right at the front door towards the hills behind you.

Check-in was perfect, Stefano greeted us upon arrival, helped us to park our vehicles, welcomed us into the building, explained a bit about the history of the property and about the town, showed us our rooms and took our pastry order for breakfast. He also made us a dinner reservation which turned out lovely and breakfast was made to order and excellent. We felt immediately welcomed and at home. The attention to detail and overall experience is a clear 100/100. My colleagues and I will certainly be returning.

A very pretty family owned and operated oase in Pietra Ligue. This verly new accomodation breathes a very welcoming cozy atmosphere. Our spacious room was very comfortable and spotless. It offers a delicious varied breakfast, with primary local sourced products combined with a great view over the very well maintained garden and swimming pool area makes it a fantastic start of each day. Due to its location it is a little walk to either the beach or the old city center with numerous bars and restaurants. Stefano, his lovely family and helpful staff will take all efforts to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Sure, we will visit again! Thanks for everything. Mark and Sylvia the Netherlands

I had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Pietra Ligure. The place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable retreat. The food was delicious, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience.

To get in bike storage, had to find someone who works there, for security. They will be installing cameras inside bike storage, then access will be provided for anyone who stays there. Could have something for the kids in the garden. Just outside the property, there is building construction, but they weren't too loud and it is just during business hours. Please provide garbage bags for the bins, because once you throw away trash, there is no replacement bags.

The place was great. Access to big garden. Parking available inside gated property and more outside. Storage for bikes, also with electricity plugs. Place to wash the bike. About 10 min walk to the beach. About 200 m there is public park with children's playground.

Cannot think of anything to dislike.

Modern, comfortable rooms and facilities, along the Liguria coast. No real ocean view but spacious green lawn and pool. Private parking included can also be within secure gated area. Owner and staff welcoming, helpful and courteous. I'm particular about cleanliness, facilities and availability of a restful sleep these lodgings exceeded my expectations The delicious home made breakfast was delicious. Again, far, far better than most comparable accommodations.

Honestly we found the city itself to be a bit of a tourist trap, so we spent most of our time at the hotel by the pool and had a great time! Would not recommend anyone to visit pietra liguria in August, beach beds are booked out months in advance and it is so crowded. Barbaciuu was an oasis and we were very grateful to have booked there. In saying that, the hotel is a quick and easy 7 min walk to the beach and just a little longer to the old town so you don't have to (and wouldn't want to) drive anywhere, it really was a good choice all round.

We loved our stay here, everything was great! Family owned, super sweet hosts. We loved that there was cold water available at all times to discourage buying plastic bottles, the pool was beautiful and the owners are so kind, we had the feeling nothing was too much trouble. We really appreciated the attention to caring for the environment as much as possible. The outside areas were super lush and green, the rooms were cool and bright, breakfast was tasty and we loved that you ordered your breakfast, that it wasn't a buffet where there is a lot of waste. Communication was easy via WhatsApp.

You can order what you plan to consume for breakfast, this contributes to the reduction of food wastage. Similarly, having free access to drinking water that you can refill at any time. The host family is absolutely warm, welcoming and attentive. They provided us with wonderful tips for exploring the area, which we greatly appreciated. The facility is modern, comfortable and conveniently located; you can reach the sea on foot in just a few minutes. I can only highly recommend it!

Stefan I and his family were gracious and kind hosts from start to finish. They picked up my daughter and I from the train, helped us arrange our itinerary for our day at the beach, and went above and beyond when we asked for recommendations for everything from taxis to cooking classes. And the food, room, bed and shower (great hot water and pressure) was exceptional! Such a lovely family with an admirable commitment to sustainability and hospitality. I would 100% come again!
