We had a rough time getting into the parking lot (we had a rented car). Communication was not clear, but we managed to solve it with Lupe.

This is a cute and cozy B&B, located just steps from the main street in Sorrento. Room was super clean, and Lupe and staff were just wonderful. Breakfast was OK.

The welcome was unpleasant and unhelpful in Italian by the housekeeping manager. She gave us an unwelcome and impatient attitude. We paid an extra 40 euros for parking, which we were told was for 48 hours, but at 9 in the morning we had to return the car and find other paid parking in the city. The level of cleanliness was only reasonable.

14 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the center. Nice room with local flooring design.

The shower went cold on our last morning, and Lupe had to make an adjustment to fix it. The other room lost water pressure during the last morning. It was somewhat difficult to locate the property upon our initial arrival.

Breakfast was simple but fine. The location was outstanding. Lupe was a great hostess and seemed to really care that her guests were happy and well-treated.

The bed was so uncomfortable. I could feel every spring in the mattress. I used the extra pillows to sleep on to make it comfortable.

The place had good amenities, breakfast & was very clean.

- safe didn’t work - the queen bed was just two twin beds pushed together and the kept sliding apart during the night

- good location - room was clean and tidy - looked like the pictures - easy to find

Water pressure in the shower was minimal and hot water was hit or miss.

The location was really central and gave quick access into Sorrento shopping and dining areas. Ms Lupe was 10/10 in looking after us and the breakfast onsite was great.

You can’t see the house number or the sign . It is very small and behind tree.

The signages were a little obscure. Took a lot of time finding the location. Google maps also did not help out too much.

Decent Rooms - It was an apartment in the apartment complex - The rooms were decent size. The staff was very courteous. The location was decent. The breakfast arrangement was nice - in a small eatery about 100 meters away.

It was not clear that the breakfast is offered in another place/address. Most convenient if it was in the B&B. Iron for clothes was not available even upon request.

Nice staff but not always available in the accommodation. However, the reply to messages through the app was quick.

We were on the street side and the noise was neverending. There is a hospital near the B & B and we heard sirens constantly.

Very close to the main street. The breakfast at the coffee shop around the corner was excellent.

As its on the main road traffic can be a little noisy and they love to beep the horn. Hospital is just round the corner and u definitely hear the ambulance comin! And they do come often! No fault of the Hotel tho
