The bed is very very firm but this is just my personal choice that I like a softer bed. We still slept great.

If you have a sensible sleep there is a bit of noise from the street but you have to consider you are at the very center . Idk if I would call this a thing i didnt like.. but its the only "cons" I could find

Such a fantastic location in the heart of Polignano! We didn't have a car but it was so easy to walk everywhere - we walked to several beaches along the coast - or hop on a train to/from Bari for the airport. The room was beautiful and well appointed with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. It was clean and well stocked with water, coffee pods and fresh towels. We were right next door to the incredible Trattoria Rosso restaurant where we ate twice in one week it was so good! The Dei Serafini staff were so helpful and friendly, we booked a boat tour and made restaurant reservations through them. I can't recommend it enough!

Unique accommodations! Lovely stone walls. Furnished and decorated nicely. The shower is tight, but that is to be expected in this type of old town. Excellent location for walking in the area. Once the car is parked, keep it there!

While it's very cute and stylish, it's not functional. The induction kitchen stove did not have the proper cookwar to use it. There was no pan, and the one requested afterward did not work on the stove. The shower doors did not close properly, which caused water to leak in the bathroom. The toilet button was also jamming all the time. The owner sent a daily request to go to their restaurant, which we did not want to go to, which was a bit annoying. The check-in time states it's at 15h00, but the check-in office is closed from 16h00 to 18h00, so the check-in is at 18h00 and finished at 20h00.... as the office closed at 20h00. check-out is at 10h30 on which the owners are very strict, which is frustrating as the check-in time is falsely advertised as being at 15h00.

The staircases going up but this is not a really issue as the the Reception, Cristiano was so helpful that he carried all our bags to the property; thanks Cristiano.

Property is in a very Central and excellent location, easy access to everywhere.

They have beautiful roof tot terrace that was without garden furniture with some rubbish, not equipped for sitting there. That pity…

Location is perfect, interior is typical Mediterranean, every detail is so charming.

The parking is a like 10 min walk which is totally fine knowing that you are in the center of a pedestrian area, the happening center of polignano. Just sharing to be aware of. We didn’t mind at all and it was actually an opportunity to walk and explore the city.

Wonderful stay at Dei Serafini! Location wow! Memorable stay and highly recommended. Cristian and Francesca were very helpful and so welcoming!

Minimal bathroom amenities for room. No body lotion Only shower gel for shampoo and conditioner.

Prime location! Walking to everything and in the centre. Very clean and well maintained. Spacious room. Helpful staff.

The only addition I would suggest would be a door or curtain over the door to beds so there is some more privacy from the group with the beds which did not have doors in front of them and remind guests that the upper apartment does have very steep steps to reach the living space so that if someone had a challenge with mobility, they would know about the steep steps.

Location of neighboring apartments were within perfect walking distance to the action of shops, restaurants and bars. The apartments were just inland of the main local piazza and inland of the beach about 10-15min walk. It was nice to be on a more local street outside of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to pop right into it all. I was the leader of my total group of (9), only 6 stayed at the joint units, and the others stayed elsewhere nearby, but it was easy for my to lead the group around town from this location. The air conditioning units in each area were much appreciated during a strong heatwave- and the refrigerator was nice to have as we had drinks and snack to keep cold. We also appreciated the clean and upgraded bathrooms.

Shower water pressure can be variable depending on the day but this does not depend upon the property! I liked everything.

The rooms we received were in an amazing location in the centre of Polignano, in the main square. We were provided with a stunning terrace with a view of the square and the sea, and the rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Will definitely visit again.
