Perfect place in the best location in Scalea - walk out the door and you will find the beach, the entrance to the old town, and the main street (with shops and eateries). The entire B&B is spotless, the rooms modern and comfortable, our rooms had large balconies with lovely sea views. The breakfast was delicious. Everyone who works in the B&B is kind and attentive, Vittorio a stand out host who went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect! Thank you so much!

What a lovely, comfortable room in a great location to the beach & the main town. Added bonus it comes with free & very convenient parking. Vittorio the owner is super helpful as is Oxana the housekeeper. Great facilities with a separate kitchen & a fab American breakfast. Highly recommended!

We felt so warmly welcomed by Vittorio at B&B Torre Talao. The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and the historic centre. Our room was clean, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. Vittorio truly goes above and beyond to make sure every detail of your stay is exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Great position - both beachfront and short walk to centro storico. A good base from which to explore the other near by towns. Vittorio was very welcoming and knowledgeable of surrounding area in regards to places to visit and restaurants.

Nothing to complain about. Just be aware that there is no elevator (but only one floor up and we got help with the luggage).

We could only stay in town for one night but was very pleased with our stay in this beautiful B&B with the warmest host, Vittorio. The room was large enough, modern (conveniently renovated and furnished), very fresh bathroom and a comfortable bed and pillows. There was a fridge in the room with water included. The communication with Vittorio beforehand was excellent and he accommodated our request to arrive late in the evening. Parking is included which is important in this busy town. Vittorio recommended a restaurant for dinner and called to reserve a last minute table (great restaurant who even gave us a discount since we lived with Vittorio). In the morning we choose an American breakfast which was lovely prepared by Vittorios wife.

It was pleasant to sit on the balcony and enjoy the great view of the sea. There was a choice of breakfast - American or Continental - and the food and service were great. Vittorio the owner was a gracious host, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable, including lending us beach towels and driving us in his own car to the station when we we checked out. We will definitely be back.

Everything was excellent.

We have been in Italy for over a month now on this particular trip and Vittorio’s accommodation has been the best overall. He is such a lovely man and has the rooms extremely well appointed with everything that you need for a lovely stay by the beach. He had an option for breakfast of either sweet or savoury and both were lovely. We particularly liked the cupboard the smart Television the balcony area where you could have a glass of wine and a. Aperitivi. It had good Wi-Fi. His attention to detail combined with his great taste in room design and this even went right down to the beautifully scented air. There was great air conditioning too!

Whilst the outside is not so appealing, once inside, clean and comfortable, great location for parking ( directly outside) and walkable to beach and historic centre. Hosts kind and welcoming. Recommend.

What can I say ‘wow’ Vittorio was an excellent host our GPS was not working properly he come and found us and took us to the B & B The outside was a bit how you going but when we went inside Room was clean, comfortable and modern Breakfast had choice of Italian or American breakfast opted for American was not disappointed was really good Would give 11 out of 10 if able too Great location and dinner was recommended by Vittorio restaurant on beach was awesome Would recommend staying at this location

There was not one thing we did not like.

Unassuming from the outside..absolutely wonderful inside!! And Vittorio is the best owner you could ever meet!!! Very caring of your comfort and satisfaction. The location is perfect for easy access to the sea...if you are anywhere near Scalea, this is the place to stay! Then, the breakfast is the best we've had in any location in Italy.. Absolutely love this place, and I assure you we are not a relative, just a very happy family from California.

Nothing it’s perfect

This is a 3 room B and B. One minute walk to the sea and 4 minutes to town. Super clean and beautifully designed and decorated. Vittorio is an amazing host and he will go above and beyond to make your stay fantastic. Bed super comfortable and great shower and bedroom. Wish we had stayed a few more days we loved it. And the breakfast of eggs bacon and toast hit the spot. Don’t pass this place up!!

The B&B was the complete package. The room was spotless and very comfortable with our balcony overlooking the sea. You are steps away from the restaurants and historical center. We had a car so parking out front was wonderful! Vitorio was very easy to get in touch with and gave us suggestions on where to visit and eat. He is very friendly and made sure we had a wonderful breakfast and stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Vitorio was an excellent host; collected us from the railway station , gave us lots of information on Scalea , made us breakfast and then drove us back to the station . The room is well located , comfortable and very clean . Would use again . Thanks Vittorio !
