Some other guests were noisy in the corridor when returning late - perhaps guests could be reminded to be quiet in the corridor late at night (and early in the morning). It was great to have tea and coffee facilities in the corridor, but it would have been nicer to have them in the room itself.

Roberto was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and excellent value for money. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was great. The air conditioning worked well on a hot and humid day. We really liked the wrought iron front door to the building.

Everything was great, the fridge was a little small but we managed. They offered a bigger one but all were already taken.

Everything! Amazing location, right in the middle of town. Parking is available right outside (1 euro an hour between 8:30am - 7pm) The room felt like home. It was clean and very comfortable.. it was nice to sleep in a normal height bed with a lovely quilt. The bathroom was modern and very spacious. Roberto made it super easy to check in and was great with instructions

The room was very comfortable. It really did not miss anything and the interior was modern and clean. But the host, Roberto, made the best impression - one of the most nice and polite people I've met.

It’s not really a minus, but fact about staying in the center - challenge with a parking (but always can be found, also free one a bit outside. Bells of the church are ringing very loud and long at 7 am but there are many reasons to start day early in the morning

It’s clean, with modern and big bathroom, comfortable big bed, refrigerator in the room, coffee and tea station at the main hall. Enough storage for clothes and extra pillows available. The staff is competent and speaks English.

The only negative - a VERY SMALL one - was that the blinds to the window were vey fiddly - find out how they work as soon as you arrive

BED ADELAIDE was ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT - Roberto is an OUTSTANDING HOST - nothing was too much trouble. despite quite a lot of requests. The place is IMPECCABLY CLEAN, facilies are very, very good - I have NEVER given such a positive review before but in this case IT IS TOTALLY DESERVED. This place deserves to succeed - it is is the GO TO PLACE if you're anywhere within 60 km of Cividale (including Urdine).
