住客評語如何運作
每則住客評分會介在 1－10 分之間。我們將收到的所有住客評分相加，然後將總分除以收到的評分數量，計算出您看到的整體評分。我們採用加權計算的評分系統，意味著越新的評語將對整體住客評分計算有越大的影響。此外，住客也可以在其他重要項目給予「分項分數」，例如：地理位置、清潔度、員工、舒適度、設施、性價比與免費 WiFi。請注意，住客會分別送出項目評分和整體分數，因此兩者之間沒有直接關係。
若您曾入住在本平台上預訂的住宿，或曾抵達該住宿但未實際入住，都可為住宿留下評語。若要修改您已發送的評語，請聯繫我們的客服團隊。
我們有真人與自動化的系統來專門偵測是否有假評語在本平台發送。若發現該情況便會刪除評語，若有需要，也會針對該負責的人採取行動。
若有任何人發現可疑之處，也可隨時回報給我們的客服團隊，以讓我們的造假查核小組可以進行調查。
理想上，不論是正評或負評，我們會刊登所有收到的評語。但我們將不會刊登包含或涉及以下內容之評語：

住宿方可以選擇回覆評語。
若同時有多則評語時，最新的評語會顯示在最上方，同時還會取決於其他一些因素（評語所用的語言，該評語是僅評分還是含有評論等）。若有需要，您可以將評語排序和／或篩選（按年份、評語分數等）。
我們有時也會顯示來自其他知名旅遊網站的外部評語分數。當有此情況時，我們會有清楚說明。
評語標準與準則

Everything was good
Pleasant stay in calm place. Clean room, pleasant hostess. Even she does´t talk english, there were no problems with communication. Good breakfast in nice dining room.

I stay here every year when I visit Moniga. The hosts are so welcoming and friendly and make you feel really at home. The rooms are great with everything you need and spotless. We loved our room with the balcony and roof top terrace with sun loungers, it was a great luxury. Breakfast is a great continental. Perfecto!

It could have been nice if the bathroom was heated better and the bathroom door had a key.
The place itself was really great! Nadia and Ugo (the owners) are the nicest people, and tended to our every request. The room was actually two rooms connected with a corridor with one shared bathroom. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and closet for each room. The breakfast was very good, and served fresh each morning. We also had a parking spot right next to the house.

The room was clean, the hot water for showering was decent, and the breakfast was varied and fairly good. The downsides: I didn’t expect the building to be someone’s private home rented out on Booking — I thought it would be a hotel or company-run. The location is not by the lake, the house feels gloomy at night, and there are large mosquitoes that can enter if the windows or door are left open. Overall, the price is very high compared to the services and location, and it’s not worth the cost.

The hosts did not know a single word in any language other than Italian (we tried English, French, and German). Communication was so poor we didn't know where to turn on the water heater.
A nice B&B, very new and clean, The village is lovely, with lots of restaurants and bars. The location on the west bank of the lake was a nice change.
