This is a wonderful place to stay in Milan if you don't mind being a bit outside of the city centre. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the breakfast wąs delicious with big, super tasty coffee. Easy ride by tram to the city centre. Very helful and nice host. Thank you and I highly recommend this place to stay in Milan!

Only the lack of on site parking however we didn't have any problem parking on the street which was wide, long & parking was available both sides.

First off what I liked most was Stefano & Angelo, they were the most friendly & accommodating hosts and have created an exceptional B&B. The location is perfect, about a 20min tram ride to the centre of Milano with the tram stop only 50m away. Our room was superbly styled, quiet, private, large with QB+ size bed & ensuite. The breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, with all of the food made by them or specially made for them with lots of fresh & natural produce & products. The dining room was very nice and the courtyard dining area as well. Best of all the coffee was excellant!

It was time to leave.

We loved everything about this wonderful small hotel! The hosts were lovely and had prepared a map with indications for sites, transportation, restaurants, and more. The building has been thoughtfully and beautifully renovated and care for the environment is evident. Wonderful eclectic art and decor. Breakfast food was prepared with the same thought and care, and choices were plentiful. Very comfortable place to stay and close to tramlines.

Just a perfect stay. Accommodation was stylish, comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed and quality bedding. Breakfast and service was the best we’ve had I would give 10+. If you like walking you can walk to all the main attractions from the accommodation. Linate airport and Milan central are 10 mins by taxi and not expensive. Stefano and Angelo are amazing hosts. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious room with tall ceilings and dry comfortable. The breakfast was full of locally sourced produce and really good. The location is right next to the tram that goes directly to Duomo. Very easy to get around.

Time went to fast :)

Location very good, close to metro station and you can be in city centre after 20 minutes. Room medium size but clean and bathroom looks like new. Breakfast is top of the top, you can eat inside or in the garden, food amazing Stefano and Angelo doing everything to make people happy and even more .

Location

Porta Tosa Boutique is a charming bed and breakfast. Stefano was a wonderful and accommodating host. Our room, although small, was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. When we left it was very early and they prepared a boxed breakfast for us to take, a nice touch. There were many little goodies throughout our stay and a farewell goodie bag. The only drawback is the location. It is quite a distance from the city center and Navigli, too far to walk. There was a tram close by, which would have been cheaper, but the weather was very hot and we opted to taxi into the city for the AC, and it was quite expensive. But the taxi drivers were very nice and it was easy to call and have a taxi within minutes to pick you up wherever you were.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Stefano and Angelo are amazing hosts, making sure that all the details are taken care of. The home is warm and cozy and beautifully decorated. The home and the grounds are well maintained. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had breakfast in the garden every morning and there were many delicious options to choose from. We were close to the bus stop and the metro was a short walk. Easy to get around and not far from the Duomo and main attractions. Grazie mille!!

Great breakfast options, everything prepared on the spot from a menu selection, only fresh produce. Couldn't be more pleased, honestly. The room was spacious, comfortable and well-kept. Our hosts were very amiable and offered all the information we needed to help us explore the city.

Everything was perfect!

Our flight got cancelled so we had to stay in Milan for one extra night. Last minute booking to this place was just a coincidence but it turned out to be the best hotel stay we’ve experienced in Milan! Words can not even describe how welcoming and good host Stefano was. He made everything he could to make sure we get our room earlier than usual without even asking him to do it. There is no elevator so he carried our heavy baggage upstairs and gave us good restaurant and public transportation tips. The room was very nicely decorated, bed and pillows were comfortable and the atmosphere in the hotel was all in all perfect!! Breakfast was excellent too, you could choose anything and as much as you want from àla carte menu along with breakfast buffet. 10+++ for this amazing place!

A quiet oasis in Milano! From the shower gel to the breakfast, everything is premium quality and carefully selected and arranged. The hosts love what they do, are very kind and approachable. We also valued the attention to sustainability. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Public transport, local restaurants are closeby, life is around the corner but the hotel and neighbourhood are beautifully quiet. You also feel safe. If you value quality and quiet it is the right place for you. Great value for money.

Had the loveliest stay at Porta Tosa! Amazing breakfast, the most comfortable bed, and great shower! It was also really nice to be a bit outside of central Milan. It was a very quiet area but still had great restaurants and wine bars :)

Everything was great! Located in a nice and safe urban area just a few minutes away from Linate airport, 30-minute leisure walk to the center or about 10-15 minutes by nearby public transport. Nice, large, bright and really clean room, maintained in perfect condition, with elegant furniture. Beautiful back garden. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh and high quality products. And most of all, the personell was just amazing, friendly, polite, professional and accommodative to all our needs! What else can you ask for?

The accommodation was outstanding. It's a real gem close to the centre of Milan, which can be reached either on foot or by public transport. The room was spacious and airy, and there was a secluded rear garden The breakfast was excellent generous and freshly prepared Our host was friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and a list of excellent restaurants near the hotel.
