Wonderful location — spotlessly clean and with a wonderful view from the terrace. Just a short walk from the old town and the marina. The host, Mario, is incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even more special. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the warm hospitality.

Everything was perfect. Mario is very kind, he helped us with our luggage and with everything we needed during our stay. The room was clean and beyond our expectations, also the breakfast was very good! The location is great, very close to the beach, the old town, and the bus station. We would be happy to come back, we really enjoyed our time here. Thank you, Mario, for everything!

There are a few flights of stairs up to the apartment but this was not a problem for us.

Mario was an excellent host, very prompt in replying to messages and really helpful with information about the local area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the terrace was perfect for the delicious breakfast Mario served each morning. The apartment is located very near the marina and the old town and near the bus stop for the airport/beaches. We absolutely loved our stay in the beautiful Alghero and will certainly visit again and stay with Mario. A perfect few days away, thank you so much 😊

Mr Mario speaks English, he is very helpful and always gives good advice. In the morning he will bring you delicious coffee and fresh croissant, juice and fruit. The apartment is rented with two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom and its own part of the terrace - Mr Mario lives in the next apartment. In the common hallway there is a kettle for tea, sweets and even a parasol for the beach. The room equipment is simple but fully functional, there is a small fridge and air conditioning. The apartment is on the top floor with access by stairs. During the day the terrace is warm and in summer you will appreciate the air conditioning in the room. The apartment is high away from the hustle and bustle of the city but a short walk from the center. There is free parking on the street, you just need to be lucky for a spot.

We liked everything!

Everything was just amazing ! The host (Mario is such a wonderful person and very helpful) , the location is perfect and the room was super clean and it corresponds 100% to photos, with a lovely terrace!

Mario is a very kind and helpful host. Whatever I asked or needed direction, he was always helpful. He serves also a very tasty and always fresh breakfast. If I ever come back to Alghero, I will for sure stay at La Terrazza again. I highly recommend! Perfetto!

There was nothing not to like.

The place was in a perfect location, quiet but still a 10 minute walk from the old city. Mario was an amazing host, very helpful with everything and always kept the place in a great shape. The breakfast was also very delicious and we appreciated the effort. We were also able to borrow some beach equipment which was life saving and kept our beach trips without any issues.

Be warned on top floor, ithink this is an advantage as further away from street noise & good view from balcony. So I liked this but some people might not.

To call instant coffee and s small selection of prepackaged junk food "breakfast" is laughable. I'm sure the host never eats that stuff. So this is lodging not a B&B.

Mario the host makes this place. He is great. The place is a converted room in an apartment. It has a balcony which was very nice a good bathroom and enough space and amenities for one's clothes, etc.

Mario is a very sweet guy who is really interested in customer's comfort. The apartment was neat and clean on my arrival. Rich and varied breakfast, which Mario makes and asks every day what time you would like to have it. Due to the small size of the city, everything is pretty close to the apartment. In general, I would definitely recommend it!

Clean and comfortable accommodation in excellent location for a very good price. Great host and service, good breakfast and terrace is the biggest bonus. On the last day Mario prepared me a special breakfast take away as I had to leave too early

The mini fridge in the room was a bit loud at times which might be a problem if you're a light sleeper (like me) but then you probably bring earplugs everywhere (like I do) so it doesn't have to be an issue:)

This is a wonderful place! The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift but Mario was so kind to help me up and down the stairs with my suitcase. In general he was such a helpful and friendly host and I can only recommend this accommodation if you plan to spend a couple of days in Alghero. The room has its own terrace with plenty of room to eat and hang out - and with a great view as well.

Mario, the owner, is a very nice host. Every morning he prepares a beautiful breakfast and serves it on the balcony. You can choose a salty or sweet breakfast. The beach and the old town can be reached on foot. There are beach accessories that we can borrow. The room is clean and comfortable. I recommend this accommodation. 😊
