I didn’t find anything that I don’t like

My days here were amazing! The design was super cool and modern. I got all what I need it to work. I felt really comfortable all the time! The kitchen has everything you need and more! The people are amazing, like a family! I love this place 🥹 I will definitely come back✨

My room didn't have a lot of natural light/sunshine since the window faced a narrow alley so I spent most of my time working from the terrace and common areas.

Marco and his family are very nice and welcoming and made the guests feel at home. Marcella, his aunt, was very cute and cheerful. I like the kitchenette and terrace area with all the plants. The coworking space is comfy, with high ceilings and there's a printer if you need one. The neighborhood is quiet and residential with lots of restaurants and cafes to walk to.

The initial feel of the place was a little offputting as my wife and I expected the usual check-in to an empty room and maybe a short intro to the facilities by the host. Instead, as this is a co-working space too, we were met by many people looking at us and did not know who the owner was. It also gave us the feel that this was more like a hostel, than typical accomodation that we are used to. We were initially shocked and a little upset. However, after hearing the business' intention and ethos from the owner the next day, my wife and I actually bought into the 'community' idea. However, not expecting it was quite jarring initially. Also, the shared kitchen (with washing up piled in the sink) is not the best first impression. Plus the room was dark, with a window facing a nearby wall opposite and no view. There could also be better coffee making facilities - 1 small (1-cup) moka pot doesn't cut it when we've paid so much for the room. I was also expecting some USB sockets in the room as this is sold as a co-working community. No view + no USB sockets = not good working environment.

The location was easy to get to by public transport and in a good neighbourhood - we felt safe walking outside at night. We also really welcomed the ethos of the owner, who aims to create a sustainable social community.
