They don't have a place to drop your luggage, at least they told us were we can find one and the price wasn't too bad and they don't have a mini fridge on the room, there was one on the kitchen two floors above.

The location of the place was amazing, in the middle of the center of taprmina. Close to the life of the city, restaurants and attractions the beaches were far but the cable car and buses were close enough.

Nothing really!

We have been travelling for 2 weeks (Italy and Sicily) staying in various apartments and we had the best nights sleep here out of everywhere. The bed was extremely comfortable! Really good location too. Access to the terrace to relax in the evening was an unexpected bonus. Simple check-in and check-out.

The stairwell is quite narrow and there are no lifts. I wouldn't recommend it to people with large suitcases or mobility issues. We had large bags, stayed on the 3rd floor and struggled a bit hauling the bags up and down but were ok in the end.

Bella Toa has an amazing location in Taormina. It is right on the doorstep of the main street. The side street where the apartment is located is also very pretty, you often see people taking photos on the steps. The room was nice, cosy and colourful and made us feel like we were having a proper holiday getaway. The aircon in the room was perfect. The roof terrace is a nice touch too, giving you a nice view of the surroundings. The host was very communicative and helpful too by assisting with book us a taxi on check out day.

The room was very very small, uncomfortable for two people, maybe even one. The bed was small too.

The location was five star, cute stairs on the main shopping street of Taormina. It was also surprisingly quiet inside. Nice roof terrace. Nice helpful staff.

The whole place was not very clean, but it was bearable. The owner requires you send a scan of passport through mail or whatsapp in advance which doesn't seem OK to me, it's not safe.

The location is GREAT. In the centre but in a small side street so it's also calm.

There was an intermittent noise during the night which sounded like a water pump. Not loud but enough to disturb sleep.

Yes indeed, there are nothing in the shared kitchen (no kettle to make some tea, no cups, no plates, no spoons&forks&knifes) The thing you can find it is coffee machine. So, because of this reason I would not stay there for long term vacation because it too much inconvenience with totally empty kitchen. If you want to eat or even drink a cup of tea you should buy everything yourself.

City centre, but kind of not noisy to much and feels save. Basic, very clean, communication with host was clear and quick. Shared kitchen & Terrace with great view and 3 tables and chairs. Good for a short stay 1-2 nights to look around Taormina down town.

Very good location near the main walking street. The room was small, but clean. On the top floor is a open terrace with 3 tables and a nice view to the city and Etna. But in the kitchen were no equipment to prepear a meal, just a fridge to store food.

I would only recommend some improvements in the bathroom. Toilet was broken and moving while sitting, the smaller head of the shower was unstable and hard to stabilize; the shower cabin had no place to leave your shower gel or other stuff so they need to be on the floor under the water.

Perfect location, right next to Main Street, quite for sleep. It’s on 3rd floor, the view is nice, if you have trouble with stairs that might be an inconvenience for someone . But it was okay for us. The owner is very kind and supported us with every question. Thank you!

It is just an room, not a hotel (with reception, bar and other services) nor an appartmen, and it is not cheap, but Taormina is an expensive destination anyway. Being in the city center (where cars are banned) and having stairs even on the street makes this place not the best for guests with heavy baggage and/or disabilities.

Excellent ubication on a small narrow street 20 mts far from Corso Umberto, at the very the heart of Taormina. The room is clean, modern an duly fited. The host is reachable by whatsapp for the check-in.

Very small room and a tiny bathroom, though it may be okay for 1 person but my cause problems for 2. The door lock of room is difficult to open by a tiny key, especially when the bathroom is the independent one outside the bedroom, I spend some time on lock the room,go out to the bathroom（with the other key）, and come back...try hard to open that again...

Tourist tax wasn’t included in the total stay price and had to get cash out the morning of check-out to pay this. Could be convenient to include the tax in the total stay cost online. Otherwise was a great stay!

I am not sure about other rooms but we had a room with a separate bathroom outside the room, which is a bit inconvenient. Additionally I did not like the strong smell/air freshener they put in the room, way too strong.
