The is the most wonderful accommodation in Pescara - close to the beach and also walking distance to the centre of town as well as many restaurants along the sea. The Host - Stefania was so kind and accommodating - and her homemade and restaurant quality breakfast creations were such a delicious way to begin each day. Beautiful room with lovely extra touches - a lot of effort goes in to taking care of the guests.

My room at Borea was truly luxurious. Very clean and large room with ample storage for clothing & luggage. Large windows and nice balcony to step out and enjoy the ocean air. Spacious bathroom with heated floors and lots of towels and amenities. Great location just a short walk from the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. Wonderful breakfast every morning. Despite our limited ability to speak Italian the host was very gracious and made sure we were well fed and taken care of. They accommodated an early check in and provided a map of the neighborhood. Housekeeping was on point and did an excellent job. Overall, a really beautiful building with luxurious rooms, delicious breakfast and a relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend.

Very close o beach, only 5 minutes walk, very close to supermarket same 5 minutes. From airport by taxi 15 minutes. pesrsonal was very willing Breakfast was fantastic. So I recommend it.

The host was very helpful when we arrived, even though there was no one available to greet us personally, he remotely opened the gate and front door, talking us through the check in - we felt very welcomed into an exceptional place to stay. Comfortable, stylish, air conditioned room with a large balcony at night, and a quality breakfast on the terrace in the morning. There was more than we could properly appreciate in our short stay, we will definitely be back for a longer stay!

Breakfast was exceptional! Staff/owners were very courteous. The hotel was impeccable. If we are going to the Abruzzo region again, we will stay here again.
