Location is great, right in the old center, with internal parking. The common area was very useful having kids... a place where they could play games, eat a take-away dinner and even do some homework.

If you book the room with the balcony as we did, expecting to spend time sitting out there relaxing, you will find a lot of visitors to Arqua looking over your shoulder as they stop to admire the view. This is NOT the fault of the property of course.

This is our second stay here and we hope to come back again. The staff are lovely. The location is wonderful. Bar Maxi for breakfast and lunchtime snacks is good and there are several good local restaurants within walking distance.

The view from our room was of the opposite building's wall and roof. The electrical system was temperamental. Staff were only in attendance between 10:00 to 15:00 on most days. A car was needed to get to a supermarket. The pool was not heated.

Giulia was very friendly and helpful. The location provided a good base for walking in the hills. There were several restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast was provided by a local cafe. There were two options but the same each day. It was a good breakfast and the cafe staff were friendly. They gave us a packed meal for the last day because we were leaving early. Facilities near the pool included a kitchen to store and prepare one's own food.

The owners need to deal with a disgruntled neighbour who dislikes the presence of the B&B there. We were yelled at and blasted with loud music 3/4 of an hour before the evening period started. He made no attempt to communicate. Most regrettable. We also noted that the air conditioning was not as strong as we would have enjoyed.

A lovely B&B - Giulia was a wonderful help and very kind. We had booked the entire place for family members as we were there for a wedding. Nice rooms, clean, well decorated. Practical location.

We had a lovely stay at Borgo Petrarca. Hard to say what we liked most: the amazing staff, warm welcome, lovely breakfast at a bar down the street, amazing view from the pool, comfortable room. The village itself is amazing, and we really enjoyed being there for the Calici di Stelle festival, which turned the village into a wine festival.

Absolutely beautiful location and hotel. Very clean, stunning views of the town, and amazingly helpful owner and manager who communicated ahead about reservations, how to get there even with pictures and a video of how to find it, etc. Each day we loved eating in the local restaurants, touring the history of the town, and sipping some local wine by the gorgeous infinity pool overlooking town and countryside. We cannot recommend our stay highly enough! Thank you thank you Sandra and Giulia!!!

The air conditioning was really weak and didn’t cool the room so we didn’t have a very comfortable sleep in the heat. We would have preferred some different options for breakfast (e.g. eggs/vegetables) - the options were only croissant and cake then either ham/cheese plate or yoghurt and fruit.

Beautiful small town with lots of nice restaurants in the area. Beautiful views from the pool and nice to have the pool area. Electric bikes available to rent to go to nearby vineyards (20 euro each for half a day). Room was clean and spacious. The English speaking woman was friendly but not there every day and sometimes it was hard to find staff to ask questions to as they were not always there. We would recommend for a quiet break for a few days in a beautiful location.

Amazing location, perfect amount of things to do over 2-3 days, restaurants nearby were lovely, friendly locals, nice breakfast! Stay was very clean, good size rooms, comfy beds, great shower and bathroom. Pool was a big bonus!
