Very peaceful location, beautiful rooms, very comfortable and well equipped. The kettle didn’t work and was immediately replaced. We look forward to staying there again.

Wish we'd stayed for longer – an overnight stay in Florence wasn't long enough! Our suite was lovely and it's just unfortunate that we didn't get to enjoy it more. If we get the chance to return to Florence, we know where we'll plan to stay.

The hot water is not in abundant supply. That is my only gripe.

It's a 15 minute walk from the center. But it is quiet. The breakfast was excellent. Pick a garage 100 from the Airbnb and you save 10 bucks a night. Easy.

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Borgo PINTI Suites. The location is ideal—just a 12-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo (0.6 miles), 11 minutes to the Galleria dell’Accademia (0.5 miles), and 19 minutes to the Uffizi Galleries (0.9 miles). It’s perfectly placed for exploring Florence on foot. The building has a unique charm, with a cool basement-style porch where you can leave pushchairs—very handy for families. After a few steps, a modern glass lift takes you up to the 1st-floor suite. The apartment itself is classical and beautifully furnished, with high ceilings, chic paintings, and stylish decor. We loved the spacious bathroom, which includes a standalone bathtub, a walk-in wet room, and double his/hers sinks. The garden balcony was a peaceful bonus, ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The bedroom is large and comfortable, and there’s a corridor that leads to a fully-equipped kitchenette and a generous living room with a dining table and a sofa bed. The 65” TV was great for relaxing in the evenings. Breakfast is included, but it’s served in a separate coffee shop just a few doors away. You’ll need to bring your vouchers, and you’ll get a croissant, cappuccino, and orange juice—simple but typically Italian. We had a small issue regarding breakfast on arrival, but I contacted the owner, who responded promptly and sorted it out quickly, which we really appreciated. Getting here was easy—about €42 by taxi from the airport and €19 from Firenze train station. Overall, a stylish and comfortable stay in a great location with excellent service. Highly recommended for couples or small families wanting to soak in

Very good location near the city center and various points of interest. Bus stop from the train station nearby. The room is comfortable with good ventilation. Typical Italian breakfast in a cafeteria next doors.

Not met at arrival even though it was only 5pm. We were asked to meet staff at 10 a.m. the next day but they didn't show. We ended up asking them to meet us to check out and showed our i.d. then. Breakfast included but a bit basic. The cereal left on day 2 was 1 small pack of cornflakes between 2 guests. We couldn't work the hob at first which I had to message about. The kitchen area is functional but not luxury at all. The balcony has no furniture. The entry door was tempereramental and didn't always work. We only realised on the last day that you could use a key.

As described if not bigger than expected. Basic breakfast supplies left. Quiet location. Comfortable and clean. The bathroom was huge and the bath lovely.

Everything was fine!

Photos of the apartment listed on Booking.com were genuine and accurate. The beds, both the queen bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room, were extremely comfortable. The apartment has a very large and immaculate bathroom that met our needs.

The suite has a good size, the room is spacious and the bathroom is very well equipped. I loved the room and the location, it's very close to the bus stop with several options of directions in Florence. Check in and check out were easy and fast. All information was sent to me in advance via WhatsApp, and the host was very kind at all times.

Lift available. Easy access into apartment. Very big classically furnished apartment. Very big bathroom with full size bath. Comfortable bed. Adjustable heating. Kitchenette area with all essentials. Provided a good continental breakfast . Great location, 10min walk away from bars/restaurants and 15min walk to Dumo. Quiet bedroom. Bus close by goes to the train station.
