The linens were soooo soft. The rooms were spacious and I also loved the breakfast in the morning. The location had a little bar down the street that served amazing bloody Mary’s. Thank you to Carlotta who helped arrange my taxis!

The property is very Florence. As soon as you see the, you just fallen love with it. Super clean and comfy. Location is convenient to get everywhere, Florence is not a big city, walking distance get get around from the property.

The apartment was spacious with charming decor, snacks, and drinks available at no cost to us. Carlotta provided an excellent breakfast. The apartment felt better than a hotel because we had a kitchen and sitting room as well as our private bedroom and bathroom. The location was very good and bordered non-tourist areas.

Carlotta was the most helpful host we have ever encountered. The room was stylish and comfortable and all the facilities were well maintained and efficient. The breakfast each day was exceptional.

I loved the location. The room was large and had excellent aircon. Loved the kitchen and snacks and drinks and they were really lovely and helpful.. will def try and stay there next time, was perfect.

Very friendly staff, great service, breakfast served to the room, classic rusty old-fashioned look and style of the room, comfortable bed, great location near major sights in Florence but quiet enough being on an inner small street away from tourists and noise

We had to climb up a steep staircase which was a bit of a problem for me as I had sore knees when I visited. There is however a stair lift available for those with mobility issues. Carlotta was also so kind to carry my suitcase up and down the entire flight of stairs upon check in and check out.

A big thank you to Carlotta our lovely, warm and friendly host. She made us feel so comfortable and was available at the snap of a finger whenever we needed help or advice. Breakfast was simple but lovely and filling. Being vegetarians, we were looked after really well. The room was lovely and spacious with enough space to keep our huge suitcases. The location is just a short walk away from the attractions, restaurants and Arno River.

The steps.

Everything. Just beautiful. Only thing were the steps to walk up. If my husband wasn’t there or the staff to take up my suitcase I would have had to do it in phases.

We had a wonderful stay at Borgo Signature Rooms. Everything is lovely in this small b&b - the accommodation is spacious and clean, the breakfast was great and Carlotta is so friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend for a stay in Florence.

Nothing. Everything was fantastic.

Borgo is a wonderful place to stay. This was our second stay at Borgo Signature rooms and we definitely hope to return! Everything is clean and delicious and the air conditioning works amazing and Carlotta is an amazing host! She took care of us like we were family. We already miss her. Santa Croce is also the most beautiful area to stay in Florence and the restaurants in the area are phenomenal.

Just stunning - the luxury of the room, attentiveness of the staff, local scents and washes from the parfumerie across the street, fabulous breakfast and fridge with water and even wine. I slept so well despite 38 degree heat due to the quiet and shade of the street plus extremely effective air conditioning. 100% recommend. I could not have chosen better.

My stay was excellent! Carlotta was incredibly nice, welcoming, and always ready to help. The place is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, close to everything, from shops and restaurants to all the main attractions. I felt at home and would definitely stay here again!

Stylish and well designed rooms with access to a kitchen to make tea. Friendly welcome from Carlotta with clear communication beforehand. Peaceful yet central. Freshly prepared breakfast was nice too.
